Our 2nd home! We found this gem in July 2025. We loved it so much. We came back 5 months later in Dec 2025 and then again this week in July 2026 for 7 days. Besides the beauty of it all, the service and care provided is what keeps us coming back! Jose, our Butler we met last year is the sole reason we come back time and time again. He along with Houston are a dynamic duo. They make sure we feel welcome and every need attended to!! I request them everytime and will again. Because of the excellent service from these guys, it caused us to bring other family members who because Star Prestige members. Black level. They are an asset to this resort to the guests and Im sure the resort who gains members because of quality care provided. Again, Jose and Houston are the REASON we come back 3x a year. This resort cannot exist without great employees like them. They are like family to us. Also. Thank you to Garcia, Front desk, Yardi, Buffet Manager, Irene and Carlos in the Buffet and Felix at the snack Bar and so many more to name! Nice to see the same familiar faces each time we come.

I had the pleasure of visiting Iberostar JOIA Bávaro Punta Cana for a vacation from July 7 to July 14, 2026, and it was an outstanding experience from beginning to end. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, exceptionally well maintained, and spotlessly clean throughout. Every member of the staff I encountered was welcoming, kind, and professional, making me feel valued from the moment I arrived. My room was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing and luxurious stay. Both the pool and beach areas offered plenty of cabanas, ensuring guests always had a comfortable place to unwind. The dining staff provided attentive and professional service at every meal, and even the grounds crew greeted guests with genuine warmth and friendliness. In the evenings, the resort came alive with beautiful lighting and entertaining shows that created a wonderful atmosphere. I would especially like to recognize the outstanding service provided by the ladies in the Star Prestige lounge areas—Rosa, Darlenys, and especially Paloma. Paloma truly made my vacation even more memorable with her kindness, professionalism, and exceptional hospitality. These ladies were one of the main reasons my stay was so enjoyable, and they are a big part of why I am already planning my next trip to Punta Cana

Punta Cana bavaro adult only nice resort a little too quite no music near the pool area our butlers Jose and Houston were wonderful. Unfortunately the water was full of seaweed so we could not use the beach not their fault and they did try cleaning the water all day long (which is very important on vacation)nightly entertainment was redundant except for circus it was great to see. Drinks are so watered down and never made the same?? the resort is very beautiful and if you are looking for a quiet vacation this is the perfect place. The restaurants were great, and the hospitality was good.

Excellent experience we had wonderful time. Huston & Jose were our butler’s for the entire time, they were great.

Such a wonderful place! Great staff that goes the extra mile. Eduardo & Caeser were excellent butler's. We can't say enough about how clean, fun anf friendly this place is and how hard all the employees work.
