We just returned from a fantastic 5 day vacation at Joia Bavaro and absolutely loved every minute of it. It was exactly what our family needed. The property is beautiful and very well manicured. The entire staff is amazing! Everyone we came in contact with was extremely friendly from the moment we arrived. Our butlers Junior and Valentin took great care of us all week. We could not ask for anyone better to handle everything we needed. The poolside bartenders Ery and Bruno were so much fun and attentive to everyone. The entire entertainment group was great! We had such a great time with them all week with the many daily activities and nighttime entertainment. There are too many to name them all but we spent a lot of time throughout the week with Snoop dog and black mamba and we did a lot of laughing and dancing! The Joia Bavaro is a perfect size where we never felt overcrowded and never had any problem getting a pool chair or getting in any of the restaurants. The golf course is beautiful too! We could not have asked for a better Christmas vacation! We highly recommend this resort if you are looking for an adult all inclusive

Everything as advertised, service was great, very friendly people. It was nice being able to walk to the sister resorts and explore and feel very safe We really only left the resort once to go on an ATV excursion . Daily bingo in the pool was a highlight. Only real negative is people reserving the cabanas early in the morning whether they are there or not. Other than a couple other resorts, there’s really nothing else out in this area , it is a ways to the city center and the airport

What an amazing resort. Our 3rd time here! Clean, beautiful, fantastic rooms and the staff by far were fun and welcoming. Our butler Eduardo made our trip extra accommodating to the activities we requested, and helping us watch the Bears vs Packers game in the Cigar bar was icing on the cake.

Last three years have been to Joia Jamaica Joia Mexico Joia Bavero (currently) Thoughts on Joia Bavero Great beach. AMAZING Staff. Food - Average - Not a buffet fan but buffet better than the a la cartes at this resort. Rooms slightly on the small side, but kept clean and comfortable. Resort is a bit dated but we can see lots of improvement being done. Drinks good, nice barware. Beach service exceptional, friendly and efficient. Butler service friendly but not needed in our opinion. Entertainment staff work very hard and are very, very sweet. *The worst part of this vacation is the relentless sales pitch from the concierges ( multiple) To the point that you have to go out of your way to avoid them. HUGE let down in our vacation experience. Not a knock on the staff, I know they are told to do this but offer once on check in and leave your guests alone to enjoy what they paid good money for, rest and relaxation. This was our 8th visit to the best all-inclusive resort in Punta Cana. The hotel is wonderful, the beach is amazing, the food is great, but it's the staff that keeps us returning year after year! It begins with Luis and his front desk staff ensuring you have the best room for your stay. We absolutely love the fact that year after year we can count on seeing our favorite wait staff including Ramona and Samuel. They are the best in the resort and remember exactly what we like and are always happy to see us! Altagracia makes the best omelets and eggs for breakfast and remembers exactly what you order every day! Our butler Houston took care of any requests we had and always made sure we were happy and satisfied. Diana has been cleaning our room for years and is efficient, timely, and makes sure we have all the towels and everything we need in the room! If you are going to Punta Cana, you need to stay at JOIA Bavaro! Enjoy!
