Had a wonderful 10 day vacation at the Level at Melia Punta Cana Beach. Room was nice, food was delicious and the service was excellent! Jenfry our personal concierge was extremely helpful, professional and timely in providing us with information, making sure we had everything we needed and correcting any issues we had. The Level upgrade in our opinion was awesome! Thanks Jenfry and the entire staff for making our trip a memorable one!!!

House was terrible . Mini bar was not replenished. One day they took the tip and didnt do work . Refrigerator was broken . The safe was broken . They did not clean the bathroom during our stay . We were never given clean wash clothes after they took the dirty ones . Had to call for wash clothes every time housekeeping left the room .

We have had the best time at Melia! The resort is incredibly beautiful. The shows were so wonderful and very entertaining! We did tote bag painting and there was so many activities available. The customer service was the shining star for us. All staff was incredibly friendly and remembered us and stopped to chat or came to dance with us. Daniella was so sweet and always kept us company when we needed it. Greylin was so awesome, as well as Yasmin!

The most horrible experience I have ever had dirty ,pool discusting and food poisoning for ten days needs to be completely closed

The hotel has beautiful grounds, not creative with food at the regular canteen, good food at booking spots, staff are amazing, beautiful and very helpful, the hotel does not treat staff great transport wise I saw two guys get told to walk when there was space on the buggy right till the end. Made me real mad! Especially the fact the staff is what makes the hotel great. Room is a tad dated and we had a leak but it’s functional
