We did the tour boat and we really enjoyed it! Iker was as our captain, and he helped us spot interesting creatures and was very knowledgeable on animal facts. Great captain, ride with him if possible.

Travelled with 14 people. This was our second trip to Mayakoba. Absolutely amazing vacation. 12 days in paradise. Our 2 butlers, Rodrigo and Fernando made the trip. They handled all of the cabanas and dinner and excursions like true professionals. Food was amazing. Locations is pristine and secluded. Very safe! We had no problem letting our teens explore the property. If you’re looking for nightlife and partying stay north in Cancun. If you want to relax and enjoy the beach and pools with you family and friends Fairmont is the place to go.

The setting is stunning, the meeting space is beautiful and functional, and the overall guest experience is elevated in every way. Our attendees were impressed at every turn. The entire report property is BEAUTIFUL and the staff is consistently helpful and courteous. My wife and I each had spa treatments and they were magical. Dayana, my therapist was the best I’ve ever encountered.
