We had an excellent dining experience, made even better by our waiter, Ramon. He was friendly, professional, and very attentive throughout the meal, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was absolutely delicious — full of flavour, beautifully presented, and clearly prepared with care. Everything arrived on time and was cooked perfectly. Great service and great food don’t always come together, but this place delivered both. Special thanks to Ramon for his outstanding service. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend it to others.
A great week in November

A fabulous hotel for our second week after a busy week in Cancun. Our first reactions were not great after having to wait for our room to be ready and the room was underwhelming. However, we were so impressed with the quality of food in all restaurants, the service of all employees and the cleanliness of the public areas. The animals made it great but if only people were not so stupid feeding the monkeys. A special mention for Angel in the Mixologie bar for his fantastic cocktails especially the Mescalita and the Old Fashioned. It feels like a place we could very easily return to.
