Absolutely loved this resort. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. The pools were sparkling. Plenty of towels and chairs. Loved walking through the protected mangroves to the beach. Service was great. Housekeeping kept the room clean and fully stocked with towels. It is a long narrow resort so if you are in a room close to the beach it will be a long walk to the main lobby area. However, the golf carts have regular stops at many places so it was a never a problem to get around. The Snake Bar was the absolute best Lobby bar I have ever experienced. Worth the upgrade from Lindo. The food was plentiful.. restaurants were good. Lots of shopping. Our ages were 9 thru 67 and everyone had a great time!

Dinner at El Rancho was one of the best experiences so far. The food was great but our waiter, Irving was the best. Attentive, great at his job, entertaining and engaging with our large group!

An absolute fantastic experience for the entire family! We celebrated my mother’s 66th birthday at the El Rancho steakhouse and we were blown away by both the amazing food, and the outstanding service provided by Irving! He made sure to take extra care of my mother on her special day, and never missed a beat. As someone who has made a career out of working in restaurants, I can confidently say that Irving stands at the top of the list. Thank you Irving, again, for making my mothers birthday meal an exceptionally memorable experience!

I wanted to try something different. Upon our arrival we checked in but TBH it was t that helpful and welcoming. We didn’t get a map of the place it is actually a few resorts together. We didn’t realize until the 3rd day that the golf carts had their own color coded ways. The signs to show where things are is horrible! They should be labeled better as we got lost three times with reservations at restaurants. They don’t tell you that the reservations open in the evening hour as at 11 pm to make reservations for the next day so when you go online there are no reservations available except for 9 pm. We got lucky and checked towards dinner time and there must have been a cancelation. I feel like the staff were much friendlier in Punta Cana and very helpful. No concierge at our place didn’t know there was one until we went to the other side of the resort. Beach beautiful, rooms were great and clean, the staff that was around the rooms were exceptional and helpful. Room service was great! Shows were really good! Food was nothing exciting. Water is filtered so you dont have to worry about the drinking water. We used Jennifer at Champagne and Sunshine to book they are on Instagram! Great service! Weather was perfect and there are lots of things to do for families!!! Recommend the map the first day!!!

Irving at Olivetti was the best server!!! Super friendly and attended to all our needs. Highly recommend visiting this restaurant while you’re here.
