This is like the worst hotel in SFO. We had multiple rooms with our family in this restaurant. The front desk staff is very very rude. The hotel is located in a very shady neighborhood and we had bed bug issues in multiple rooms. In addition Curtis the manager is worst and the customer service is horrible. Highly recommend staying away from this property.

Never in my life have I been to a hotel where they seem so desperate for every penny they can squeeze from a guest. Our entire group asked where THE INCLUDED breakfast was served and we were lied to and misled and told to go to The Eclipse Bar. When we saw the cost, we asked if it was included in our room and we were told yes, we just needed to write down the room number for tracking and the tip would be all we would be charged. It wasn't until the last day there we found out that there is a whole restaurant at the top of the hotel with an actually good view??? We didn't have to sit in the Atrium with drunk finance bros??? And don't get me started on parking. Even 1 star hotels typically validate parking at minimum but nope. $450 a night and you still have to pay either $45 for single entry public lot or $90 for valet. You're paying for the location, and nothing else here. Garbage place with cheapskate corporate greed.

Huge hotel but great experience! Would definitely stay again if in the area. Prime location, good food choices and wonderful staff.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast is one of the best I've seen as far as hotels go with a wide variety of food that tastes great. The servers in the restaurant go above and beyond and are extremely friendly.

Incredible experience. Hotel and location were fantastic. The room and bathroom are what you'd expect from a category 5 hyatt.
