Excellent location with direct views of Niagara Falls, which are especially impressive at night. The Fallsview rooms are worth booking, and having a Juliet balcony with an opening window was a nice touch that allowed fresh air and unobstructed views. Check-in was smooth, and staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The hotel is busy but generally well managed, with easy access to nearby attractions, dining options, and transport. Having a Starbucks and a small supermarket downstairs was very convenient for quick meals and essentials. Facilities are comprehensive and service is generally efficient. Overall, a solid choice if you want to stay right in the heart of Niagara Falls and prioritise convenience, comfort, and views.

We stayed at the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel for two nights in October 2025 and had an overall pleasant stay. Valet parking is available at $60 per night, which was convenient and hassle free. The reception area is very modern and impressive, with a range of shops and a Starbucks, which is a nice touch and very convenient. Our room was clean and comfortable, although we did have an inside room with no window, which made it feel a little dark. The bathroom was a real highlight, modern, spacious, and featuring a lovely rainfall shower. Overall, a clean and well presented hotel with great facilities. We would consider staying again, but would opt for a room with a window next time.

If you are looking for a hotel with good views of Niagara Falls (Canadian side), then the Sheraton delivers. When you book, spend the extra dollars, and book on an upper floor facing the Falls. Generally, the hotel is part of a larger complex which includes The Hilton, Casino and Waterpark. There is valet parking and self parking. If you choose self parking study the map on their website, because finding the parking building can be tricky. Also, the parking has in/out privileges, but if you come back in the evening, finding a spot can be tricky because customers to the Casino take up a lot of the spots. The downside to our experience, was finding blood stained bedsheets. I contacted the Manager twice but no response. I understand that accidents happen, however, I don’t understand why the cleaning staff did not notice this when they put the sheet on the bed. I sure hope that what we slept on WAS a clean sheet!!! I am disappointed that the Manager did not contact us with an apology.

This visit is our third time we stayed at the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel and had another fantastic experience. The check in was flawless and friendly, the Valet Parking dudes were always polite, quick and courteous, the room was absolute top notch in all ways possible. Pay the extra for the falls view. The restauraunts within the hotel were amazing with great food and outstanding service all around. Overall our stay was perfect in all ways and we will be visiting again this February. Well done all!! Much appreciated.

I give this hotel a five, very clean and professional. Right in the middle of all the activities and restaurants. I can go on forever, I will be back again. I had one issue with my room, but was resolved very quickly with SAGAR, who took it on and went over and above expectations to get it taken care of. Which made my experience to be one of the best here in Niagara. Thank you Sheridan Fallsveiw and most of all thank you SAGAR!!
