Sheraton Fallsview was an exceptional stay. The room with the Juliet balcony is simply the best, offering a fantastic view during the day and in the evening the best for the fireworks show. The bathroom and bedroom were large and very clean. The location is top-notch, right in the heart of Niagara Falls and close to every major attraction and restaurant. Breakfast was great with plenty of options, a fabulous omelette bar, with a beautiful view of the falls. The staff were amazing: friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The room was available before check-in, thank you ?? . Nice pool option also. Overall, a perfect stay and highly recommended.

This experience was awesome! The view we woke up to every morning and went to sleep with every night was absolutely incredible! The bed was comfortable and the room clean. Another positive experience was at check in, we had an early flight and they were able to get us into our room earlier than standard check in! The staff from Dave at the valet area to our check in desk and concierge were all great! Dave greeted us with such enthusiasm and positivity! He kicked off the experience before we even exited our car! We 100%.would stay here again simply because of the people, then add in the view and comfort! Almost unbeatable! Thank you!

We had an amazing stay at Sheraton Fallsview Hotel. My husband arranged a wonderful anniversary surprise for us, and the room was beautifully prepared when we arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and the view of Niagara Falls was absolutely breathtaking, both during the day and at night. The location was perfect, with Clifton Hill and many attractions just a short walk away.

We had booked a room with no view due to funds, however when we got there the gentlemen at the check in had informed us they had complimentary upgraded us to a city view. We then asked if they had a Fallsview room available and how much. They then offered us a Fallsview room complimentary for our 10 night stay! Unfortunately we did not get the name of the gentlemen who did this for us, but he made our holiday extra special. I proposed to my girlfriend out there (she said yes), and going back to a room like that made it all the more special, so again thank you! The room was great, very clean, great view of the falls. Surrounding area is amazing, right on the doorstep of Clifton hill and a 5 minute walk to the falls themselves. The hotel was surprisingly quiet for how close it was to everything, and having an arcade downstairs. Incredible value for money and if we go back, we will definitely spend the extra for the Fallsview room.
