It was our families first time at the Sheraton Fallsview. We came for the waterpark which was epic, our kids want to return. Isata helped us and also kindly upgraded our room to fallsview. She went above and beyond and also gave us an hour late check out with bottles of water for our trip home. She was fantastic and with the prices of things now a days the free upgraded room was much appreciated.

I stayed at the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel by Niagara Falls and I must say it was an absolutely unforgettable stay! The breathtaking view of the falls is a unique experience, but it was the concierge, Eva, who made it truly special. Her professionalism, kindness and attention to detail were simply outstanding. Thank you, Eva – you’re a gem. I hope to return soon

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. There were billing issues that still haven’t been addressed, the toilet repeatedly backed up, the heat didn’t work right, and the elevators took upwards of 15 min. When the desk was contacted about the billing and facilities issues they were not only unhelpful, but rude. Zero fixes and on top of it charged me a resort fee. Beware-this hotel is bad. I recommend staying at the Hilton instead- There are too many options at the falls to stay here!

I visited Niagara Falls last week with my best friend and it was absolutely wonderful. We had such a great time! The breakfast with the view of the falls was fabulous. We met Eva, the concierge, and she was truly a gem; she gave us lots of great tips for scenic viewpoints and fun things to do. I’ll keep this trip among my best memories.
