Was there for a conference, got wrong room how can anyone stay in a room with no window???? Then overcharged for parking.
Bad service

Today I waited for service for more than 20 minutes and I lost my train because the entire reception staff refused to help me promptly. I explained to three receptionists that I needed an urgent departure and showed them my document with the final invoice. The service and attention were terrible. One girl refused to help me and sent me on a line; another girl chatted casually with other customers without assisting me. And a young man disappeared into a long line of people waiting to be helped. It's the worst place to reserve a room, bad experience, bad service and The staff's attitude is disappointing.

We had a wonderful stay! The waterpark was so much fun for my family. My children absolutely loved every minute of it. A special thanks to Eva, the concierge, who made their day by surprising them with balloons. Such a thoughtful touch! We will definitely come back.
Nice Place, but Be Aware, Restaurants and Other Amenities Close Very Early

The Sheraton Fallsview was nice. But if you prefer hotels that stay awake a little later, you may want to choose another option. The Italian restaurant closed at 8:30pm, and The Hard Rock closed at 9:00pm. Hotel fine for families or seniors who generally go to sleep early. But if you are a couple or family looking a later choice of amenities, Sheraton Fallsview probably not best option for you.

took my aunt for her 70 7 of us from Ireland i would not recomend when came home they have billed my card for about €100 for extra occupancy but yet the people who stayed are they people declared booked via booking.com i had added an wxtra person in one of the rooms about 2 months prior to travel and paid 2 weeks before but theu atill keep charging my card be bery careful anout extra charges
