Amazing view from our Fallsview Juliet Balcony....But parking charges is horrible so beware!

There was a long line at the check in. The staff at the Concierge was nice it went smoothly and I opted for a parking $39 self on site parking. The vallet parking is $59. Our room was nice and clean but very limited compared to other hotel we've stayed in Niagara Falls. It was a nice basic room with the view. We had an amazing view especially during the 10PM fireworks. Good location, since it's located by the Clifton Hills. Its nice to be close by the attractions. Everything was going smoothly, but they need to fix the Elevator issue as mentioned from other guest review. It was horrible and It was crowded inside the elevator. I understand that everything is getting lifted with the Covid protocol. But alteast fix the Elevator issue. But beware of the $100 on deck parking as I was charged on my bill. The management on duty was not accommodating or have no compassion towards guest. I asked nicely why I was charged and they said because I parked by the deck and it's $100 charge. I was not aware of this parking fee except only the $39 self parking or $59 I didn't bother arguing and cant deal with management's attitude towards guest. Anyhow, was it worth it staying here? ?? The room with the falls was nice, but I would stay somewhere else. The parking fee was not worth it. There's also a space of improvement with the customer service.

Sheraton changes room type AFTER confirmation

I booked a room with 2 queens, Juliet balcony, Fallsview (Canadian Falls) for 7/6/22 3 nights and got an email confirmation with correct room type. I logged in today just to confirm everything is still in order and it shows my room has now changed to 2 queens American Fallsview. How is this business still in operation? I have never encountered room type being changed after confirmation (and I provided my CC)! Called hotel and they won’t do anything to fix it! They said the room I booked is sold out. So instead of upgrading to the next available, they downgraded. That is so ethically wrong. Please check your confirmation before going since Sheraton has no issue with downgrading your room type as they wish.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my grandson , staff friendly and helpful we had a fantastic view of the Falls. Would recommend staying here but when booking ask for a room with a view of the Falls. Also a walk out to Table Rock is a must where you can oversee the Falls & also walk through the tunnels. You can also go on the vehicular railway there & vist the Skylon Tower .

Amazing hotel

Had the most amazing time in the Sheraton hotel. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. We only had breakfast in the hotel and it was very nice with freshly cooked omelettes and fired eggs. But wow what a view from our falls view room with balcony, just amazing.

Extraordinary location and perfect view of Niagara Falls!

Our family of 4 had an amazing experience at the Sheraton Fallsview. The property location was perfect as were the views from our room on the 19th floor. The property has all the amenities on-site and is next door to Clifton Hill and the Hard Rock Cafe. The Rainbow bridge to the US is directly across the street. Couldn't ask for a more perfect stay at Niagara Falls.
