Hotel great - breakfast lowered the rating !

Lovely room but avoid breakfast unless it’s included in the hotel price and even then, don’t expect too much. We stayed here for 2 nights on 1st – 3rd Sept. Being from the UK, we hadn’t realised that it was Labour Day weekend and as a result the hotel and the general area was extremely busy. This however didn’t affect check in and our room was ready when we arrived and was clean, well presented, modern and comfortable. The location of this hotel is great. We parked at the car park on the corner but it is a bit a trek from the car park through the hotel next door. We believe there is a car park attached to the Sheraton but we missed it when driving round. We paid $54CAD (approx. £30 per night). We didn’t have breakfast included in our room rate but to set us up for a busy day ahead we decided to pay for breakfast – we wished we hadn’t ! We waited to be seated, assuming someone was setting our table up, however when we sat down there was nothing on the table. We asked the staff for cutlery it was bought it to us, however it was dirty (as in used and unwashed). When we asked for clean cutlery, the server denied it was dirty but eventually bought us clean ones. We still had to hunt down our own condiments and coffee cups. The breakfast itself was poor, cold and not the amazing choice as depicted by the photos in the elevators. We were stunned when we got the bill and it was 85CAD (approx. £48 !)…Being British we didn’t complain there and then as we were to angry and stunned but did complain to the reception staff on check out who’s only answer was to go back to the restaurant to complain to them in person. We decided against this and took it on our chins but still feel very bitter about this.
Amazing Breakfast

Breakfast served was actually a brunch. So much to choose from, even nicely done chicken thigh. Views from the front of hotel and pool deck are fantastic. Watch the 10pm fireworks from the pool without having to leave the hotel. Rooms were ok, decent sized with good WiFi. Location right next to the night life and full of activities. Like a mini Las Vegas atmosphere.
$$$$$ Parking - Understaffed Checkin

First a shoutout to Lina in the Club Lounge. Her recommendations in Niagara on the Lake and PEC were true highlights! Now the bad news. $65 Valet? Are we in New York? Price Gauging!!! Grossly Understaffed Checkin, waits up to an hour. Insane! People were getting really frustrated and voicing their opinions to the clerk but no help came.
View, view and the view!

we booked the king bed high floor (20th floor) whirlpool falls view room and it was a stellar! The view of all the three falls, the comfort and the room size were excellent. The bathroom has a jacuzzi tub. The check-in and check -out was smooth and the staff was friendly. Be informed that you cannot stand in the Juliet balcony but the door opens to safely enjoy an uninterrupted view of the falls. Absolutely worth the price!
Best hotel at Niagara Falls

Best location and services. Right from the check in through check out everyone was very helpful and courteous. We booked a Juliet balcony falls view high floor room. We reached hotel around noon and were told room wasn’t ready, but within 30 mins got a text informing us that rooms ready. Rooms are new and decent size. Hotel is clean and well kept.
