We feel like there’s no maintenance done to the rooms. the bathroom was just horrible. it was so small with barely any room to move around, and the shower had mold everywhere. the toilet was all scratched up and it was like peeling the paint off the seat. the only thing that was nice about this hotel is the location. the room was very dirty, old and outdated. the floors were so dirty and we just did not feel comfortable at all in this hotel room.

Stayed here for 3 nights to crlebrate my 60th birthday as always wanted to see Niagara Falls. We originally opted for the Embassey suites but changed due to the bad reviews.So had we did as this hotel ticked all the boxes: Fallsview Room excellent Location excellent. Near to Zipline which is what I wanted to do. Front desk staff excellent and nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast offering excellent.A choice of hot or cold food. Would highly recommend staying here and if we ever come again then we will be staying here again.

Convenient location to almost everything, especially if you have kids. It's nearly across the street from the Rainbow Bridge, and the indoor water park is accessible without leaving the building (although it is a little bit of a walk), as it Hard Rock Cafe and some other businesses. There is a WeGo bus stop catty corner to the hotel, and a Starbucks, Circle K, and Freshii in the lobby. It's immediately on the corner of Clifton Hill, so if you're looking for a carnival atmosphere (or chain restaurants- Wendy's, IHOP, Applebee's, Rain Forest, etc) you are there. I was upgraded to a FallsView room and could see the falls as well as the fireworks over the falls from my room. There are many elevators, but there are also many floors, and many businesses so the elevators are always very busy. They have a very nice gym, and a heated rooftop pool.

Perfect location, opted for the fallsview room. Lovely well appointed space with comfortable bed, very hot shower with great pressure. Large screen TV and plenty of room to lounge around. I was on the 15th floor so needless to say the views were stunning. Staff at the front desk were excellent, helpful and courteous. Internet was fast and reliable and having the parking and a few restaurants, bars and Casino on site just made it simple. Bonus... there's a Starbucks on site which opens at 6.30am so that morning Coffee fix was also a breeze. Thanks to everyone for a great stay. I couldn't recommend you and the Hotel enough. Fantastic Hotel.

Amazing service, staff and restauraunts. This is our third visit and not the last.....we live it here!! Tony M, the valet guy was absolutely amazing friendly and eased our check in. Very friendly and helpful chap. Well done Tony!!
