The hotel was a lovely hotel. The location was absolutely amazing, situated overlooking Niagra Falls, the view from our window was fabulous - I will point out that we did pay extra for a room with a view over the falls. The hotel staff welcomed us as we arrived and were very pleasant. The room we were given was large with a very big bed which was very comfortable and had two lounge chairs and a small table to sit at. The bathroom was clean and had a Jacuzzi style bath with shower over. The was no breakfast in included in our price. I don't know whether there was an option for that or not. There was a restaurant in the hotel but we did not use it as we ate out. There was a fridge, safe and coffee machine in the room and the room was clean and well kept. Overall, thoroughly enjoyed our stay and more than happy with the location.

Sheraton is the coziest and most beautiful hotel to go with if visiting the falls. The customer service was exemplary thanks to Alice, she was great help, reasoning, and very kind to our needs.

Room was nice, the Balcony was nice to see the falls. Parking was a little trick. You have to park down the street - then enter Brock Hotel and use walkways to get to the Sheraton. Never have to leave the hotel - access to gift shops, arcade, food and gambling all without going outside.

We just stayed at the Sheraton Fallsview for 2 nights & it was awesome! Beautiful Hotel, lots of amenities! Spa / Casino / Starbucks ??/ restaurants attached OR Antica Italian Restaurant (5min walk) is exceptional!! There is a HUGE play/ games area for kids etc / Water Park - in hotel - And covered parking.. 5 mins walk to the “Main Street” area - with Ripley’s etc About 10min walk to the Falls! Sheraton Staff were AWESOME! We were warned about the “elevators” in all the Reviews BUT U didn’t even notice - all went well! (Longest wait time was maybe 5mins & just once ) And once on the elevators- they go super fast! Lol We had a King room - it was excellent! Once U self park the car - all is in doors :) The GM was running one of the Elevators- to make it faster - very impressive! We went to the Collection Outlet Mall - lots of GOOD deals / Sales !! It was a 10 of 10!! Check out the Power Museum across from the Falls - very cool!
