We always stay the night with Sheraton prior to departure to ensure the start to a stress free vacation and this visit was no different. As usual check in was a breeze, with a warm smile and efficient service. Room was clean, ready and well appointed. Value and location cannot be bested! We love the dinning room and I reserved with open table to ensure we had the section with our favourite server. As it was Valentine's night the restaurant was super busy but we still had the best service and support from our friend with the hand written thank you! I am sorry but I just can't recall his name but he seems to recognize us and is wonderful with all his guests. Upon our return to our room I was delighted to have been welcomed by the hotel with a special recognition of my birthday! I was deeply touched by this simple but very person service provided by a multi-national hotel chain! Thank you to all the staff at his hotel, you all do such a wonderful job always with a smile. See you in June for our next journey.
Very convenient and great service

I am really writing this review to reflect the kindness and understanding of Tessa, the duty manager when I called with a flight problem before my arrival. She was very good and got me sorted right away even though she did not have to. Thank you, Tessa! I always stay there when I have to overnight at YYZ, especially for an early flight. It is very convenient. It is right at T3, but quite easy and fast to take the mini-rail to T1. Yes, the hotel is expensive, but not too bad if you book quite a bit in advance. I am a bit disappointed with the club room location on the main floor. It has been that way a few years now, but was so much better when it was on one of the two club room floors. The check-in staff are great, especially Rashid (I do not always get him). There is now a rule in place that you are not supposed to bring carts into even the lobby area. A bit harsh if you are loaded down and coming from T1 and the train. Also, for the first time our room had a walk-in shower!!! Finally!!!

Convenient comfortable airport hotel

We stayed here for 3 nights as our connecting flight got delayed due to bad weather. We had a double queen room for the 3 of us. It was comfortable. I especially liked how the room was designed to have enough space for 4 suitcases to be put across the bench. Our room had a direct view of the airport. Sheraton also offered us $25 buffet breakfast and h’orderves per person and that was great value. They also have a well equipped gym, heated indoor pool, spa and sauna. It was a very comfortable stay.
Tram station noise

I was here for a brief overnight visit, due to catching an early morning flight from Pearson terminal 1 . The hotel is fine, the rooms are clean, the access to the tram is wonderful. Our room, #434 was just outside the tram station. The constant hum of the power cycle of the tram on and off kept us up all night long, because the tram runs 24/7. Do yourself a favor, and make sure to ask not to be located close to this annoyance
