easily one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at , don't ever hesitate to book this hotel! As soon as we arrived the service and care was genuine and 10/10 from the bellmen/ valet to the front desk. We were originally supposed to stay in whistler for a snowboard trip for 2 weeks but my girlfriend dislocated her elbow the first day so we decided to go to Vancouver for a few nights before we headed back to calgary. Upon arrival the front desk lady upgraded us to a very nice suite that over looked the harbour to the lions gate bridge, with my GF being injured it we were super appreciative of that ,and they would always ask do you need any ice or anything for your arm which was a very thoughtful. The food is top notch , we ordered sushi for room service our first day and it was very fresh and delicious and other than that we just had breakfast and we have 0 complaints everything was fresh and tasty. its a nice plus being so close to so many nice restaurants in coal harbour and being able to walk out your door to the sea wall and walk up to Robson. Not to mention if you are catching a Canucks game you can hop on the sky train for a quick 3 stops. We can't wait to be back, Thank you fairmont team!
