St.Valentines weekend...LOUD...in lobby, by coffee bar, by pool, in buffet dining...many many hikes to reception for numerous keycard problems and TV remote batteries...then wait for technician. Buffet was good ( considering the political crisis) but very sparse and stripped if you were ' later' . Room was excellent.

My stay was really pleasant my room 321 with a pool view was very ni e comfortable ando clean the hotel was very quiet especially before the 13th highly responsible ando clean very professional staff

We just returned from 10 days at Roc Arenas Doradas. Can’t say enough about this resort. It’s mid sized so easily walkable. The staff were amazing, as has always been our experience. This was the first resort we stayed at back in 2017 and keep going back because we have always had a great time, great service and just felt welcomed. The food was always fresh and hot and the grounds are clean and well kept. Given the current situation we wish you all the best. Our hearts are with you all at this time. Stay strong and stay safe! We WILL be back.

We had a wonderful time in Cuba at Roc Arenas Doradas for 2 weeks - hope to come back next year. The people are the best, very considerate and friendly. Loved the beach and the pool area. They love Canadians. Don’t have to worry about your belongings - they are very trustworthy. Thank you Cuba!
