Staff makes the resort

Staff is great, water for showers never really got warm, food is great, I got absolutely chewed by the bugs, my hubby was fine. Pools were cool, beach was fine. We went back to this resort as we enjoyed it so much last year. We were surprised to be welcomed back with hugs and kisses, and such great service. We missed the great exodus as our vacation ended just before they cleared out the resorts, so I was able to complete our trip as planned. All in all, we enjoyed ourselves, and had a blast

Everything was perfect. The rooms, the service, the waiters and waitresses. So hearty and always with a huge smile that warms you and makes you love the hotel AND the island. But, I have only one negative comment: i was at Cuba, and i ate no banana or other local fruits, although the island was full of locally produced fruits! Greetings to Yanelis + Leticia @ reception: always supportive and cheerful!
