Paradisus Princesa del Mar has advised of ongoing renovations to the Hill Top Pool, which began in October 2025 and are scheduled to continue through December 20, 2025.
Please note that all renovation work is limited exclusively to the Hill Top Pool area. The Standard and Royal Service sections of the resort remain fully operational and unaffected by these improvements. All Royal Service amenities, including Butler Service, will continue to be available without interruption throughout the renovation period.
For guest safety, all maintenance areas will be clearly marked and secured. The work being carried out is non-disruptive, and the resort will make every effort to ensure minimal impact on the guest experience.

Dramatically Exceeded our expectations of a Cuban resort

This resort dramatically exceeded our expectations of a Cuban resort. The property was spacious, clean, well manicured, the rooms were perfect (we were in the Royal section), the food was very good, we ate at 4 different restaurants ( the Japanese is a MUST), food presentation excellent, the staff were Exceptional, from front desk, servers in restaurants, cafe's, bars, maids, grounds keepers...everyone was over the top courteous, engaging. The beach area was spacious, the pools expansive, clean. A must place to visit. On our flight home we heard from many persons who stayed at other resorts, they commented about how they paid less than $1,000 BUT in the next breath they spoke about 'tired properties', food bland or poor, non courteous staff, lack of or no hot water, etc etc. There is an old saying, you get what you pay for...The Paradisus Princesa Del Mar is definitely worth the price, it will be a MUST return for us.

The entertainment team is the best , the show is beautiful and very good we enjoy all the activities at the beach, thanks to Mary , Kevin , Dariel , Cristian , laudy ,we love the resort , all the service is amazing
