We just returned from an amazing stay at Sanctuary Grand Memories, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and taken care of. Every team member we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our trip special. The resort itself is beautiful—clean, well-maintained, and relaxing. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and always kept spotless by housekeeping Lisandra. The food was good. There was plenty of variety, and every meal was fresh and delicious. The service at the bars was excellent thank you Lio,Victor and the girls at the pool bar. The only negative was they didn't have Crystal beer and the service at main restaurant slow mostly at breakfast. The beach areas were perfect for unwinding. There were always chairs available, the water was clear, and the staff (Carlos and Alex) made sure everything ran smoothly. We especially appreciated the quiet, adults-only environment—it made the entire stay feel extra relaxing. Adrian always working hard at keeping the pool nice and clean. What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, was our incredible butlers, Jose Mario and Norvi. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our vacation was perfect. They were attentive, professional, and genuinely kind, always anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Whether it was arranging reservations, checking in on us throughout the day, or adding special touches that made us feel truly spoiled, they made us feel like VIPs the entire time. Thanks to Jose Mario and Norvi, we were able to fully relax and enjoy every moment without a single worry. Their dedication and exceptional service truly set this resort apart. We can’t recommend this resort enough and will absolutely be returning. A huge thank you to the entire staff for making this trip so memorable!

Great room with ocean view. Nice entertainment pool side. Lots of seating. Personal concierge service was excellent to ensure comfortable stay. Food had some variety; could use seasoning so not so bland and boring such as the pasta selection. Layout of the resort is easy to navigate and access amenities.

Highly recommend going here if you want to relax and enjoy the Beach. This is my 2nd time staying at Sanctuary and will be returning every year. The concierge Jenny is fantastic and is a big reason I go back. She makes sure her guests get the best experience and takes care of any issues if needed. The Pool Staff, Maurice and his mentee, the Cleaning, Restaurant and Bar Staff are friendly and very accommodating. They make you feel as though you are right at home. Warm welcomes, very humble and treat you like family. The facilities are well kept and clean, the Private Beach lets you completely relax. Believe it or not, the food is really good here as well. The Chef makes sure there is a good variety of food through out the week so you don't really have to try the Resort Restaurants.

Our experience at Sanctuary was incredible. It was made so much better by lovely butlers Daniela and Alfredo. Our housekeeper Dora was also fantastic - keeping our room spotless! I would highly recommend staying here and am already looking forward to going back!
