Very good service. Staff was very attentive to the group and provided assistance when needed. 5 stars for Ulises and Jose. Highly recommend!

We visited The Grand Dec.15-20th with our kids, my wife and my parents, and my brother in-law. This is our second time at The Grand as VIP members and it was a fantastic experience. The food was much better than we remember and the service was incredible! Every employee we interacted with was spectacular, always friendly and helpful even at almost full capacity. We couldn't recommend Palace enough to our family and friends. Here are a few people that made our trip extra special: Mauricio - Waterpark waiter was amazing! Very friendly. Leonardo - habibi breakfast waiter made our guests first experience the day of arrival wonderful. Isachar - Cusco pool bar was so funny and made terrific drinks! Gilmer - Lobby Bar. Gilmer is somebody we have interacted with many times and is always our favorite. Great drinks and all around great person. Paula - Concierge was a pleasure to work with upon arrival and scheduling our contract update meeting. She also gave us insight into some membership benefits we weren't aware of this was very helpful Gabriel, Aracelly & Miguel - Los Caporales. This was everybody's favorite dinner experience. So wonderful! Alejandro and Carlos - Agra. They made our final night experience incredible!

Our family had an exceptional stay at Moon Palace The Grand, traveling with our adult children and granddaughter, and it truly exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the level of service was outstanding. Jennifer at check in made our arrival seamless and welcoming. Diego, our Diamond concierge, went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was effortless and special. Carlos, our sales representative, was professional, kind, and a pleasure to work with. Our pool experience was elevated by Alejandro and Juan, who provided attentive and thoughtful service every single day, making our time together as a family feel relaxed and carefree. Tonia, our waitress, was wonderful, warm, attentive, and consistently excellent. A special thank you as well to Camila in Public Relations, who was incredibly responsive and gracious, and to the on site doctor who attended a brief non emergency visit to my room with such professionalism and care. It was truly reassuring and appreciated. The Grand is a place where luxury, hospitality, and genuine warmth come together. Wow, the staff really made the experience very enjoyable.The 5 course meal was cooked to perfection, such a lovely night. Highly recommend making a reservation for a special date night. Perla, Janelli& Sergio made this experience very personal.

We had our wedding at Moon Palace the Grand, and the service staff were just absolutely phenomenal. Angelica, Pearla, and Sergio were so friendly and accommodating! They worked our whole wedding, cocktail hour, reception, and, even the romantic dinner days after. Their service was incredible and it was so nice to have them throughout.
