Great Hotel and Service Marcos was our Server and with have a wonderful experience at the restaurant auma The room is amazing also the pool bar is excellent The beach is clean and beautiful The food is amazing and delicious definitely I will come back soon

It's a great hotel family wise the splash pad is amazing for kids and safe. Pool are heated and I went in September so it was practically empty. The restaurants are great just avoid Maxal, it's not good. Special thanks to Rafael at Auma restaurant who brought ice cream for my daughter even though it was not the menu, and Juan at the Italian restaurant for keep that wine coming all nigth and Susana the yoga instructor for waking up early and provide us with energy in the morning. I general it was a good experience I highly recommend it if you going with family, it's not a party hotel and not really close to party places take that in mind. Also the silent disco party was great i,ve never experience that before.

We had an absolutely wonderful holiday at the Hilton. Our room was huge and had a fantastic ocean view and was very well maintained by the excellent housekeeping staff . A big thank you to Estefania and her colleagues . The food was excellent throughout and the lunch treats were wonderful , the only issue is , you eat so much . Breakfast was wonderful and a huge thank you to the incredible staff. Eduardo,Robert, Stephany, Xenia and Georgina were all smiling , happy and just fantastic hosts. They had a smoothie bar at Breakfast and it was superb with great staff. At lunch there were brilliant food carts all around the pool areas . The burgers and Mexican food were just fantastic. Once again the problem is , you eat so much ,but you’re on holiday so why not . Karen Cruz was one of the ladies who made wonderful burgers. She’s a great chef and just so kind and always smiling . When you’re around the pool and beach , the incredible staff were always coming up to you asking what you would like to drink . They are absolutely brilliant . A huge thank you to Nelly,Alejandro and Domingo. At night time we would go to the fantastic bars . The one in the lobby was excellent. You could order anything and yes it’s an all inclusive with premium beers whiskeys and other spirits . The food at night was superb , we kept on going back to the Steak restaurant . Incredible food and thank you to Rudy who was brilliant. Now the staff at this Hotel are very good but a special mention to the wonderful Maria Cruz , the manager at the fantastic snack / coffee bar called Azulinda. You can get great salads , sandwiches , cakes , it’s so varied and the food is high quality . The staff are wonderful and Maria was so kind to help me when I had a small problem with the ATM. She’s just such a lovely and kind woman . Thank you. And finally the gym . It’s brilliant and David and Javier who work there are so lovely and welcoming . One of the most special moments at the Hilton is the 7 am Yoga classes with the incredible Susy. The classes are outside on a terrace , looking out at the beach and sea . It’s absolutely wonderful. It’s just such a fantastic way to start the morning . Susy is such a kind ,wonderful woman who is always smiling and she’s one of the best Yoga teachers I’ve ever met. Her classes are for everyone , whether you are a beginner or advanced . Every Friday they have an incredible Mayan ceremony before the class, absolutely brilliant. Thank you Susy. They also have night time entertainment which is great. An absolutely brilliant hotel which I would definitely recommend. Thank you Hilton all inclusive for a wonderful holiday.

Beautiful resort. Outstanding views. Food restaurants, service and entertainment was top notch. Daily activity program for all. Our kids (10 and 5) loved kids camp. Daily themes at camp, Monday was PIRATE day. Sax player at pool was magnificent. A breakfast buffet was like no other. Bernardo was our breakfast server. We returned each morning to be pamper by Bernardo. Thank you Nebraska family of 8.

A good family vacation at the Hilton 8/10-8/13. Weather was cooperative. We booked thru Costco and everything was smooth. No timeshare selling/other sales at check in was nice. We were offered a welcome drink at check in. Suzy in the gym does a great mat Pilates class. Gym is a little small. During busy hours it would be pretty packed. We loved our private cabana at the pool everyday and the service was great. Highly recommend reserving a cabana. At Maxal, the server Juanita was wonderful. I think all inclusive places are all pretty standard in terms of food. The poolside food was actually the best food. We loved the fruit bowl, hamburgers and tacos. I had a day at the spa next door at the Waldorf and that was amazing. Expensive but worth it.
