I had attended 4 yoga and pilates classes and it was a great experience. The instructor Susana is very helpful and informative. She takes the time to show how to the exercises correctly and is very courteous. The yoga on the terrace overlooking the ocean and sun is beautiful.

We loved our stay! We were 2 families traveling with kids from 4-10 in age. The food exceeded our expectations - we did the buffet for breakfast; room service or the poolside food carts for lunch; restaurants for dinner. We usually had early dinners around 5:30 and had no issue. One night we had dinner at 730 at the Italian restaurant and it was more crowded / took longer to get our food. We spent all of our time by the pool and enjoyed the entertainment team and the different activities! Jesus was great! Our favorite part was Pedro Kinil! He delivered great service poolside - always with a smile and checking to make sure we had what we needed. Highly recommend this hotel!!

Had a great 5-day vacation at the Hilton. The entertainment staff were the best part. Jesus, Kevin, Diego, Frank, Carlos made the best memories for us to remember. They had many fun activities during the day whether it was in the pool or on the beach. They set up games like corn hole, volleyball, water aerobics and fun challenges. They played great music and threw fun parties at the pool!

the food was fantastic, the ahuma was definitely the best. two workers Jesus, Carlos, Diego, Frank and Kevin were fantastic in motivating the pool activities; could not have asked for a better entertainment team!!

Carlos from the Hilton Cancun All Inclusive’s entertainment team made our stay! He went out of his way to get our group involved with the activities, from karaoke to water aerobics and dance classes. The most amazing part was how he helped me plan a gender reveal for my friends and got the whole pool area involved and made it super special for them. It’s obvious he loves what he does and has a special way with people!
