The reception in the hotel was exceptional,and when I need directions assistance with locating my next hotel and getting transportation Juan , Roque and coyck did an awesome job. I Would highly recommend this hotel awesome staff

Great trip with family of 6! Diego and Joda made for a very enjoyable experience with kid and adult friendly activities. Food, drink and amenities were fantastic- would definitely recommend and hope to have the opportunity to come again!

Beautiful, clean, friendly resort! Selene, my chambermaid, and Pujmunde, server in the Vela restaurant, were especially excellent. A special shout out to Chef Patt for making me a special vegetable spring roll when I expressed that I had shellfish allergies. Overall, a wonderful experience and I will go back again!

My stay was excellent, the staff was phenomenal. The espressotini guy was great! Very friendly and overall a pleasant guy to be around.

Maria Aquino from concierge was amazing. I have a 4 yr old, 2 yr old and 3 month old. It was a windy day down at the pool and umbrellas had to remain closed. Without even asking, Maria found me a solution so that I could stay down with my family but keep my 3 month old protected from the sun. I am very grateful!
