Karen is amazing chef. Extremely nice and knows how to use the grill. Her vibe made everything better as well. She is someone that we need more of. If you see her around make sure you stop by and check it out. You won’t regret it. 10/10 would recommend

The Hilton Cancun all inclusive has been a wonderful experience. Karen the lady who man's the grill outside by the pool was very amicable and welcoming. She was quick with a smile and promptly handed out burgers and hot dogs for our whole group. The food was tasty and made even better served with a smile and graciousness. Pedro by the pool kept our table full of every drinks and helped us find seats each day! Thanks to all the staff for thier attentiveness and kindness! Amy and Juan Gallardo

I stayed at the Hilton Cancun for five days, from July 14-19, and overall, I had a wonderful time. A big shoutout to the entertainment team—they were fantastic and really made my stay ten times better. They were fun, respectful, and always responsive. We joined in on so many activities, and the Silent Disco was a blast! I had never tried anything like that before. The Aladdin show was great too, with fantastic music. My family and I had the most fun with the water volleyball and pool activities, thanks to Omar and Diego. They were amazing and made our stay so much more enjoyable. Omar, in particular, was super kind and fun—my kids absolutely loved him and he really made their trip special. The resort offered a bunch of interesting activities, like poker and water aerobics, which were also really fun. Now, about the food—it was okay. You really had to know what was good. I definitely recommend the tacos by the pool, Auma, and La Luce. The buffet and Maxal restaurant were just alright—not bad, but not amazing either. The rooms and most of the hotel were beautiful, though some finishes could use a bit of work. However, I did have one complaint about my stay in Room 4166: there was quite a bit of black mold on the hallway ceiling leading to my room. Despite being there for five days, I didn't see any effort by the hotel to clean it. Also, one of the pools (the adult pool) could have been cleaner. We booked a trip with the yacht service by the activity pool, and it was an excellent experience. I definitely recommend trying it. Overall, our stay at the Hilton Cancun had its faults, mainly with the food and some room issues. However, the entertainment team more than made up for it and truly made our trip unforgettable.

Spent a week at the Hilton Cancun for the third time and had a wonderful experience. It has hands down the best service and food! I’d like to give a shoutout to Jesus, Rocio and Rene for being the most kind hearted people and treating us like royalty all week. They even came and gave us a special goodbye in the lobby before we left and thanked us for our stay! I 100% recommend giving this resort a try. Cheers. - Mason Carter
