Please note the following enhancement project at Haven Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa from August 25 to September 20, 2024.
Haven's Pool Retiling: The hotel is set to enhance the round Haven's Pool with fresh tiling for a more rejuvenating swimming experience. During this time, they will also refresh Vista’s restaurant as well as Mistral, the beachfront burger bar. The main pools and Serenity Club pools will be open for guests in these categories, as well as additional pop-up grills and food outlets.
Guest Suite Refresh: Guest suites in buildings one, two, and three are undergoing refreshing renovations to ensure a modern and comfortable stay for valued guests. As they close these buildings for refreshing, they will be accommodating guests in alternative areas of the resort.
During this time the hotel has planned special dining experiences to include a delightful buffet lunch at the Vora Mar oceanfront restaurant, and installation of a new outdoor grill serving fresh grilled seafood, paella, burgers and more BBQ favorites. Additionally, Serenity Club guests can enjoy a bespoke poolside lunch service with a delightful special menu.

Haven Riviera Cancun is a luxury adults-only, all-suite, all-inclusive beachfront resort, located just 15 kms south of Cancun Airport. With personalized mini-bars and aromatherapy, swim-out suites, around the clock concierge, room service, and a full-service spa; offering personalized services and luxurious amenities that create a wonderfully unique experience of peace and wellness. All guests of Haven Riviera Cancun receive unlimited complimentary green fees at El Tinto Golf Course Cancun Country Club.
Guests staying in Serenity Club will also receive one complimentary golf cart rental for stays of 3 nights, two carts for guests staying 4-7 nights and three carts for eight nights or longer.
Reservations can be made with the golf concierge upon arrival. Rounds of golf are non-transferable. Use of a golf cart is mandatory and not included. Transportation to the course (10 mins) is available at an additional cost. Equipment rental is not included an available at an additional cost if required.

Amazing staff and inclusive orientated

Our time here so so lovely! We came for our honeymoon and it has literally been perfect. We especially have enjoyed all of the activities, Mar on the event staff was incredible. She ran each activity flawlessly and always made sure to find us each day to inform us of the days activities. She has been such an important n part of our stay! Everyone who comes should keep an eye out for Mar! So friendly and kind. Other notable experiences was the Bar staff - Moises was 12/10 at his job, we always had a drink in hand thanks to him. We also did the Chefs Table experience for an extra cost but it was one of the most incredible food experiences I’ve ever had. If it’s in your budget it is a must! Everyone in spa services was also fantastic, we had amazing massages and facials during our stay. Most of all the entire staff was been very welcoming and inclusive. My wife and I are a queer couple and we never once felt othered or less than. We were treated like any other couple and felt safe and free to be ourselves.

My wife and I went to haven riviera for our honeymoon and we had such an amazing time! The resort is very luxurious but also knows how to have fun. Mar (with entertainment) was so nice and welcoming to my wife and I. She taught us spanish, played games and was always telling us about the activities throughout the resort! By the end of the week I feel like Mar is a good friend to me. The service was also really nice, the bartenders and wait staff were always doting on us, our favorite waiter Moises took very good care of us and would teach us spanish and it felt like he actually cared about us and our experience here. The food has been amazing as well! Everything from the buffet to the “chef’s table” dinner we did was very nice! I would recommend this resort to anyone and everyone. It truly is so much fun but also so relaxing. You can easily have a chill relaxing day and go to the spa (we got massages and facials and they were very nice!) or you can hang out at the main pool and play all the fun games they have planned, trust me Mar will come find you! I can’t say enough good stuff about this resort but I hope to come again and for it to be soon!! EVERYONE GO TO HAVEN RIVIERA!!!
