Excellent resort - service was exceptional especially Jose Luis (pool waiter) and Pedro (bar waiter), great food, lots of activities including live bands. Housekeeping was very reliable. Highly recommended.

Beautiful experience! Our room was very clean and the views were impressive! Good food and drinks. Staff was like a gracious host who just wanted you to do nothing but eat and enjoy yourself. I can’t say enough about the Hotel staff. I personally feel that this is largely due to Sergio. His professionalism and warmth permeated the staff as I saw him taking the time to train others at the front desk , while also doing grunt work to keep the hotel at its best. He often checked in with us to see how our stay was going. Sergio took the time to explain our food and entertainment options. He went above and beyond to accommodate us with a room upgrade when booking through American Express. Though this is not a guarantee upgrade. I would highly recommend this hotel. Emeli, Blanca, Julian, and Rueben are just a few of the many who made our stay pleasant and made us want to return!!!

This our first time at this resort, but Haven can expect us a frequent guests, because we will return for sure. Why? It is simple: - great location (18-21 min from the AP - right on the beach, fantastic white powder sand, well maintained clear pools, high end beach beds, towels and umbrellas. Not crowded at all, even when accupancy rate is higgher than 90%. Amond the four fantastic pools you can select the one what is close to your taste (party, music, quiete, mixed). - rooms: all of the are based on the latest and modern design. The interior designer made a fatastic job not only in the rooms but also everywhere - I mean the design of the buildings and funcional areas. Rooms are large and well equipped. - food and restaurants: no complain at all. Fabtastic foods, service and presentation of the food. Our favorites were: Olios and Satsu (Asian Fusion) - drinks : high quality brands. Bars are simple amazing - you feel that the whole resort is clean, well maintained - great value for the money I cannot add more, just list of the people hwo made our stay there unforgettable: - Josinho, Abel, Ana, Amner, Raúl, Nacho and Jorge (sorry if I missed someone, but for the first time I have to learn too many names)

We stayed 2 weeks in October and celebrated my birth day Wonderful resort with great amenities and excellent service Rooms: we stayed in building 7 and room was clean large, quite and comfortable with great views We loved the jacosi in balcony. Mini bar was filled regularly and we had nespresso coffe provided daily Quite pool in serenity was great with infinity ocean view. Thanks for Degner. Main pool was also great with good music and activity Beach: moderate sea weed most of the days and this was removed regularly Water was warm and slightly opaque but we could swim at least one out of 3 days when water is more clear Breakfast was very good. Not a very large place but had all we needed of good food Occasionally had lunch in the restaurant and got some good fish and fruits Thanks for Christina the restaurant manager for making sure we got what we liked in breakfast and lunch There is lunch grill outside daily and occasionally had red snippet fish which we loved Dinner Satsu: great Asian food with plenty of selections and good sushi as well as sashimi. I love the grilled robotayaki Service was very good Oleos: very elegant Mediterranean restaurant with outstanding service I liked the duck and seared tuna, could expand menu little bet Great thanks to Oleos manager Laura Aqua pandita was one of our favorite places. We loved the coal grilled steaks, calamari and freshly made guacamole Could be busy and loud at time but over all a great dinning experience We did not try vora mar as we were not impressed in a previous visit The restaurant should shift place with breakfast restaurant as was the case in The early years of the resort so that visitor could enjoy sea view during the morning and afternoon while at breakfast and lunch rather that wasting a sea view in the darkness of the night during dinner Tahani dinner show was fine but music is too loud. We loved the short rib but other choices not so much. I hope they can open it again for regular dinner at least in nights without dinner show as we used to enjoy a variety of good dinner options there Entertainment was great and we loved Moon’s. There was a formal show almost every night. Some good activities at the main pool. This was a phenomenal experience! Ths staff were so kind, professional, engaging, and helpful. I wish I remembered all their names, but I do have pictures! Andres in the coffee shop was especially courteous and always remembered exactly how I liked my hot chocolate and which treats I especially enjoyed. He even set a couple aside for me after I stopped in and they were out. The little details make all the difference! Thanks, Andres, and everyone else!!!
