A wonderful place to go. We loved it and will definitely be back.

Where do we start to explain what an incredible place this is for a holiday! We spent 14 days on our second time here and we weren't disappointed. Yes there is seaweed on the beach, but it all depends which way the wind blows. My wife is celiac (gluten free) and the a la carte restaurants handled her food allergy amazingly. The managers, Arturo (Italian), Carlos(mexican), Laura(Olios), and Mario(satsu) all took time to reassure her about the food prep area being separate, and some even made a special meal or dessert for her. Even the chef at the buffet made her tacos separate from the rest of the food. Zakaria remembered us every day at the buffet and Jorge and Andrea provided smiles and excellent service. Mercy kept our room clean and we were always stocked with goodies. Last but not least a shout out to the bartenders. Axcel in the lobby bar, Colunga, Eli, and Misael at the round pool pored awesome drinks and always had smiles on there faces. We have never been to a resort where everyone is so happy and helpful. Even the groundskeepers, pool men and bathroom cleaners were smiling and helpful. Lastly, we were there about 3 years ago and it was surprising to see so many faces that we recognized from before. The management must be doing something right. Just a great place to sit down and relax. We will be back another time!

Our second stay at Haven was an amazing experience! Our family enjoyed everything that Haven had to offer. We especially enjoyed the main pool. Pool Concierge Israel made sure we had everything we needed. He even found a small football for our son to toss around. We were well taken care of and plan to return. Thank you Haven staff!

I cannot say enough incredible things about Haven. My husband and I got engaged at Haven last year and while there, we knew it would be the perfect spot for our wedding. We started the process immediately with the Tie the Knot package and were able to go back to Haven a second time and do most of our wedding planning! Come wedding time, things could not have gone any smoother. We had 90 guests join us and Maria, our Wedding Coordinator, and the entire Haven staff were absolutely incredible. Every member of the staff is so genuine and is so eager to help out. They made amazing handicap accommodations last minute for my father and made sure he was comfortable throughout his stay. The wedding itself was the most gorgeous event. Our Welcome Dinner went flawlessly with every detail coming out better than expected. The wedding day could not have gone better! It was smooth, stunning and soooooo fun. We had the Ocean Front Master Suite which was perfect for the wedding with plenty of space and the most spectacular views. Everything at Haven is so clean and fresh. The food is spectacular and we have never been disappointed in the value. I cannot say enough great things about Haven. All 90 guests said we need to make an annual trip to Haven! With it being 20 minutes from the airport, easy to communicate with and the perfect amount of seclusion, this should be everyone's vacation destination. I was skeptical about a destination wedding, as I have been to a few that were unorganized and messy. Haven went above and beyond. Maria understood my vision and executed it flawlessly. The only bad part was when it was all over!!

There are several exceptional resorts in the world, but very few what makes you fully satisfied, happy, relaxed. This feeling is not just because the usual metrics, like general quality (food, room, services, atmosphere), but a special connection to people, the feeling when you return. We returned, and felt exactly this: warmly welcomed, family like feelings.
