Ok let me start by saying I don’t normally post reviews until the service is complete. But I have to start this now. We don’t check out until tomorrow. From the instant we arrived a week ago we have been pampered, treated with the utmost respect and we both feel like what a king and queen must feel like. Charley, our butler has made this trip incredible. He set up excursions, had room service delivered at the exact time we requested in order to get out to our excursions on time. Charley made all dinner reservations for us, he made sure the bar was stocked, made sure room was cleaned , safe transportation to downtown to do some shopping. Luis, Eli, Melanie made the serenity pool such a great time. Cesar, the pool butler helped us out and got us situated multiple times through the week. Antonio, our waiter at multiple different restaurants on site was so attentive and made each dinner experience memorable. Highly recommend him. Sandra was our Buffett waitress one day and made such a huge impact that we went back to the Buffett and didn’t need to because we are serenity club members but we did anyway. Such a great person Sandra is. Yesi…. she’s our house keeper. Oh my…. Amazing, I’d like to take her home and employ her to take care of our house. Amazing attention to detail. Papasita- water activity MC. So much fun! Our team kicked butt in water volleyball. Juan - he was our personal driver that Charley set up for us. We were always safe and taken care of the entire time off property. Maria, Maria- the bartender at Lime sports bar in the hotel. What a trooper. What an amazing person. Thank you Maria! But again most of all, not just one person but so many to personally touch our whole stay here made it incredible. Thank you Charley and thank you Haven. We we’ll be back! Oh and be sure to look down when walking so you don’t step on a giant Iguana.. they are nice but don’t like to be stepped on. And please be sure to tip your servers… remember Americans…. These employees work for very little in comparison, if you want the best service you need to show a little love… pro tip: show this up front and tip in the beginning and you will thank me!

Very good, was clean and beautiful

My husband and I had an amazing experience at Haven Riviera - we would genuinely both rate it 10/10. This was one of two hotels we chose to stay for our honeymoon, as we decided to stay in Cancun and Playa Del Carmen. Haven was our favourite by far. First off, upon arrival we decided to upgrade to the Serenity Club package, it was absolutely worth it and so glad we did! One of the managers was even so kind to give us an even better complimentary upgrade to one of the best rooms in the hotel. From then we knew we were going to have a great stay. Our room was gorgeous. The food was fantastic. There was such a great variety of options for breakfast and lunch, and the à la carte restaurants were top notch. The premium drinks you get with the Serenity package were also a great addition. Overall, we felt that every benefit in the Serenity package was worth it. We particularly loved the atmosphere of the hotel. It has such a lovely couples-focused vibe, which was perfect for our honeymoon. The entertainment was also really good on the nights we attended, and there was always a great atmosphere around the resorts. Honestly, I cannot fault our stay. If I could change one thing, it would have been to stay at Haven longer than we did. Thank you so much to everyone at Haven Riviera Cancun for making our honeymoon so beautiful and memorable. We had the best time and will definitely be back!

If you’re looking to totally unwind in a peaceful, calm location, you can’t go wrong with Haven. It’s quiet. No crazy drunk kids. Just nice. And Paty at the Serenity Pool made us feel like family.

We will definitely be returning the whole staff was wonderful from our butler Gavo our host Nacho but Perla our server provided truly exceptional customer service from beginning to end. She was incredibly prompt and attentive while also making sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our entire experience. What stood out the most was her genuine care and concern for us. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, offered wonderful recommendations, and was always attentive to our needs. Her warm personality and attention to detail made us feel welcomed and valued. It’s not often that you come across someone who takes such genuine pride in providing excellent service. She truly made our experience at the resort so much better and memorable. She is an absolute asset to the resort, and we hope management recognizes what a wonderful employee they have. We look forward to staying at Haven again in hopes to see the wonderful staff.
