Our family had the most amazing time celebrating my niece’s wedding. Our Butler, Enrique, was magnificent. He made us feel welcome and was gracious and helpful. Most days, I would bump into him conversing with guests, often an hour after he was supposed to go home. All of the staff, were kind and personable. The view of the Gulf of Mexico was gorgeous from our balcony. We will definitely go back again for the fantastic food, pools, and the wonderful people.

We stayed at Haven Riviera for about a week for our honeymoon! We had a great time. Resort: The resort was beautiful. We found that there was at least one new event to attend every night. We were pretty much on the beach most days so we didn't do too many events, but when we did it was a lot of fun. The downside of the resort though is seating and getting chairs. People come out very early in the morning to take spots at the pool, and there were not enough spots that had shade from the sun. If you did not take a spot early in the morning, you would need to wait until the afternoon, if not later. I personally found this pretty annoying. Wouldn't say its the resorts fault, but definitely something to take note of here. Room: The room was absolutely beautiful with an ocean view. The fridge was restocked every day, and the cleaning team was amazing. Bed is super comfy and the rain shower was great to use every night. Buffet: I was really impressed with the food. I know with a lot of resorts it can be pretty mid, but I actually found that some meals were great, and I would go back for seconds and thirds. They also have a coffee shop that we would go to at least 2-3 times a day. Restaurants: The restaurants were hit or miss. You HAVE to put a reservation in ~24 hours in advance, or you wouldn't be able to get in for that day. We would arrive at our reservation time and still have to wait sometimes 15-20 minutes to be seated. The Asian and Greek restaurant were my favorite. Everything else was ok to be honest. Beach: The beach is the weakest part of the stay for me personally. I think the area it's in is just very unlucky with seaweed. It would hit the shores and decompose and give off a strong sulfur like smell. Some days it would be too potent and hard to relax. They send a team out to clean it up every day, but it felt like a losing game. If you are here for the purpose of being at the beach all the time, you might want to look for a spot with less seaweed. Service: The service was out of this world. The whole team is so kind and very helpful with directions and service, and were happy to go out of their way to make sure we were taking care of. Special shoutout to the bartender Colunga at the main pool. He was outstanding in his service and kindness towards others. Overall I am very satisfied with our stay and would recommend, but definitely take into account the beach if that is what you are looking for!

We stayed for two weeks, and it was definitely worth booking a room in the serenity club. Having access to the serenity pool was a plus, and the table service there was excellent! Diana was always checking in and providing a 5star service, I would recommend the hotel purely based on Diana’s customer service. She even remembered our dietary requirements and would suggest options, as well as regularly bringing us our favourite drink without us having to ask. Would recommend a stay here.

This resort was the absolute best.. I celebrated my anniversary and they covered all the special treatment fo couples , from the room, to the pools, to the spa.. Our Butler service was amazing. “Thanks Enrique” He made the entire trip with planning and settings everything up with partner to make my stay enjoyable. Everything was perfect, the views, the room, and service… A1 Ask for Enrique

Serenity package is a must , you had full access to the entire resort, atmosphere was great we had plenty of choices were to relax and have fun, food was okay but service was excellent Satsu was great highly recommend, Most of all our personal Butler Enrique was the absolute best , top notch, all our need and wats were met and he goes xtra mile without you doing anything, he was the greatest please ask for him
