I can't say enough good things about this resort!! Exceptional service, beautiful pools, delicious drinks, the rooms were beautiful and sparkling clean, the food was flavorful, and the vibes of the resort so peaceful and relaxing. I must give shout out to some phenomenal staff they have. Gabby (our butler) Brenda (server at Satsu) Pedro (bar tender at Serenity Club pool by Vistas) Adrienne bar tender at Haven's Lounge, Arturo (server at Flavours)Joey who did activities at the Party Pool. Lorena at Aqua Word Excursions!! Danni who helps inside with excursions. These are just some of the amazing staff they have at this resort. The rooms were so clean and the beds were comfy. I am so impressed at how remarkable the grounds are maintained. Truly a great time. The only negative is if you think you can snorkel at the ocean at resort you can't and if you go in May you really can't play in ocean or you are covered in sea weed. I didn't realize this but no one's fault just the time of year sea weed is bad in Cancun. We highly recommend this resort!!!

Second time coming here for us and we will return for sure! Room was clean and spacious. Our chambermaid Marbella kept it top notch. Our favorite pool is the chill one, Eli kept us hydrated all day long. At the buffet, Sandra was soooo attentive and nice. We asked to be sat in her section for breakfast. Tacos at the buffet for lunch are a must. Get one of each. We liked all the restaurants, food was delicious. At limes, Paloma and Paty kept the drinks coming and suggesting new ones to try. Joy and Yale in Moons kept the vibe fun and exciting. At the lobby bar, we loved Raul, Axel and Edgar. Last time it was under construction, so it was nice to see how it turned out. One day it rained and we all went there, good times. We will be back!

Went for the 1st time, big, well appointed swim out suite. Awesome service, beautiful place, LOVED the swim out! Can put the lounge chair IN the water which I loved. Can get drinks brought to you as well! 2 huge pools. 1 quite and 1 activity. Only has 1 lunch spot open (buffet) besides pool snack shack or room service. Restaurants were all pretty good. Japanese was fun, Alan was awesome hibachi chef! Steak house tasty. Italian risotto yum! Mochachino coffee bar has great coffee and treats all day/night. The beach was trashed due to the saragassum and that isn't their fault. It's unavoidable right now. We realllllllly enjoyed our stay and WILL go back!

Carlos with the entertainment team was excellent and our Butler Nacho took great care of us.

Due to the season bringing lots of weed to beaches this was not a problem at this hotel, having different activities the hotel catered for keeping one busy enough not to feel short changed by it. We had a butler Pato who made sure all our needs were met, he was at our beck and call 24 hours. We felt spoilt and comfortable. All staff were accommodating and kind. A very good choice for anyone celebrating special occasions, the hotel goes out of their way to make you feel special.
