Beautiful, spacious room with a great view of the sunrises and the swim out was lovely. Shout out to Ernesto for always keeping our cups full and smiles on our faces. Blanca at the main bar was so welcoming and friendly! Go see Eli at the pool bar for a Coco Loco, delicious drinks and excellent hospitality :) Room stayed clean and fresh throughout the entire stay, with housekeeping being very thorough and attentive to our needs and preferences.

From start to finish our experience here was wonderful. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. From Ernesto at our swim up pool for drinks (he is the best) to Blanca in the main Lobby bar in the morning. Also special shout out to Luis and Aaron for the great drinks and laughs at the lobby bar as well. Thanks also to Juan Li (lol) from the hibachi grill. Lots of fun. Everyone here is fantastic besides the grumpy lady at Olios lol. She was having a bad day

My husband and I visited Haven resort for 6 nights, 7 days and we had such a great experience. Our butler Enrique was very helpful and made our stay effortless. He was very friendly and even answered his phone when he wasn't working. He helped us check in and tour the resort. He made all our restaurant reservations and changed the times for us when needed. We went to celebrate our 4 year wedding anniversary and on our last day he surprised us with a setup in our room. The service at the restaurants was very good and they accommodated us in any way we needed. The pools were gorgeous and the bartenders were very friendly. My favorite pool bartender was Carlos. He was so accommodating to the drink that I wanted and made sure he had plenty of limes to make me happy. We had a swim out room overlooking the beach. We would definitely stay there again in the future.

My wife and I had our 30th anniversary at the resort and we loved it. Our butler, Enrique was awesome. He made sure our stay was easy and perfect. All of the staff were excellent! Pedro and Carlos at the serenity pool made the days at the pool fun. The staff at Tahini for breakfast were amazing and made the start of our days perfect. We had a wonderful time and plan on coming back.

Everything was wonderful!!! Our service was top notch especially our butler Enrique!!!
