My wife and I took a shot on this resort, at first a little hesitant. But after our first day, we fell in love. We were in building 4 Ocean Front Serenity club. The room did have a little age, but nothing that made us feel uncomfortable or even unsatisfied. We thought the view was great, I would suggest building 5 or 8 for a more direct sunrise view, but we could see the sunrise if we wanted to from our balcony. What absolutely made our trip was the staff. Pat was our butler for our stay, he was absolutely amazing. Made us feel taken care of and even went out of his way to prepare our jacuzzi tub on our first time after a rough travel day. He found a floaty for us the use at the pool as well which was awesome! If we had any questions he was easily available and made sure we didn’t have to worry about any logistics. Pat alone was worth the upgrade to Serenity. Speaking of Serenity, at the Serenity pool we recognized Louis the bartender from a previous resort stay in Cancun. As soon as we confirmed it was him he made our days so memorable. He created an amazing atmosphere helping everyone at the bar let loose and just enjoy the day. If you don’t know the drink you want, just tell him a “kind of drink” and he will make something great! We cannot forget Alma though, she took such great care of us at the main pool and was like Louis’ partner in crime and again made the stay amazing! When we saw the next morning. She made us feel like family with big hugs and smiles. We look forward to booking again just spend time again with the staff!

Jose Pat, our butler, was amazing. He mad our experienced very memorable. If you get Pat, listen to him. He’s an expert! I would definitely do this property again. Use Pat’s driver to take you into the city for a real MX experience. We felt safe and had the best tacos we’ve had in our life! Thank you Jose Pat!!!

We had a great fun entertaining night enjoying the great music by the duo sisters. Amazing ??

The resort is very awesome all employees are very friendly and helpful! Our favorite was Aquino at the buffet, he went above and beyond for my son for his birthday!!!

I upgraded to the Serenity Club swim out ocean front room, and loved every bit of my stay... I highly recommend.. It was worth it.
