We loved everything about this hotel except for the beach needed to be cleaned for seaweed, never got to go in the ocean! The restaurants were wonderful and staff was amazing, our butler did a fantastic job! (Umberto) Thank you

That hotel was beautiful. Clean grounds are wonderful pools. The big negative for me was the food. It was absolutely horrible. I have been to several all inclusive resorts over the past six years and I have never experienced food this bad. I’m not a picky person, but this was horrible. My husband had chicken Parm at the Italian restaurant and it was worse than any frozen dinner you could ever have.

My daughter and I went for her spring break and we wanted a chill resort to lay by the pool and not a huge party atmosphere and that’s exactly the experience we had! Great staff, great food, great drinks! Our bartenders for the whole trip were Melanie (pool side), Pedro (bartender outside the pool and the cutest personality) and Elmar (swim up bartender). Very attentive and treated us like family. The grounds were beautiful, resort colors are very serene and spa like. One tip that they didn’t tell us when we got to our room: Make sure you fully close your sliding door and lock it for your air conditioning to work. We found out the hard way and woke up sweating and thought our air wasn’t working. But a maintenance guy came right away and showed us what to do.

My husband and I spent our 20th Wedding Anniversary here at Haven and it was everything we expected and more! Since the moment we got to the airport, we were met with such pleasant and happy people. The grounds are beautiful. Our swim out - ocean front room had stunning views and a beautiful place to stay in all week. The staff at Haven are all so special - they do so much to ensure you’re happy.

The facilities are excellent, the staff were kind, caring and attentive. The food was delicious with good variety. And the scenery contained both beach and jungle is stunning.
