The hotel is exceptional. From the wait staff, to the food everything was 5 star. My husband and I spent our Thanksgiving holiday there and we ate going to do it again next year. We can’t wait to go back. Beautiful beautifully hotel. I highly recommend starting here.

A lovely modern resort, very comfortable rooms with everything you could possibly need, excellent food and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, if you are looking for peace, quiet and calm then this might not be the resort for you.

We were at this resort last year and really liked it and decided to go back this year. The restaurant are nice but the Italian restaurant is a hit and miss. Some people like it and some don’t. There is a lots of choice. The rooms are big and a lots of space for your clothes. There is activities but I missed them this time as I stay by the beach to relax. I would recommend that resort. We are planning for next year.

We had a lovely time here! It was a fantastic get away from the frigid Midwest temperatures. We booked through Funjet Vacation for a large group for a friend’s birthday trip. We were here from 12/03 thru 12/07. The shuttle for Haven from Cancun international airport was easy to find, and they got us here super quickly. Very little waiting! The check in process was very easy - they give you a bracelet that is your room key, and give you a nice tour. The staff were incredibly friendly! We had a garden view, swim out room. Our room was very clean and well stocked with snacks, beer, water, espresso, etc. the bathroom had plenty of towels and there was plenty of space for our luggage and clothes. We did bring a humidity pack (Damprid) to hang up to help cut down on the moisture in the room, but I don’t think it was totally necessary. Some reviews said the floors get slippery, but that’s probs more of an issue in the heat of the summer. Room service did a fantastic job cleaning our room and keeping things stocked, and the turndown service was nice. Our room attendant’s name was Brian and he did a great job! The towel animals were a nice touch! The room smelled amazing, too! The swim out pool was nice and clean, and was heated at night for night swims. As far as the entertainment, we did the Karaoke which was a BLAST on one night, and the we did the Bingo with Christina - she was hilarious and did an amazing job with bingo. She also ran the blackjack table by the pool, paddle board fitness, and beach volleyball. Again, she was super fun and entertaining! The restaurants were good, too! I think the only non-Serenity club restaurant we didn’t try was Olios (I forgot nice shoes lol). We liked all the food we tried, even the room service food was nice. I will say that the Spanish/Tapas night at Flavors was our least favorite meal, but it was still decent. I think we were just some of the last visitors and it was closing up, and the food had been out for a minute. No problem, though!). Vista Mar had great seafood pasta, Satsu had delicious pad Thai! The lobby cafe had a nice spread of patisserie/bakery style snacks, ice cream and coffee. We’re hitting up Agua Bendita for our last dinner here tonight. There is a quiet pool (the circle pool), a party pool with activities (the big rectangle pool), and a decent beach to hang on, too! (It definitely isn’t a “beach” resort. The water is pretty choppy, and it isn’t as crystal blue and green as some resorts down the ways a bit, but still always nice spend some time on the beach, of course!). The service around the pools was great - Levi was especially attentive and quick! Overall, we would highly recommend this place for a group that likes a variety of activities, but also likes to have areas to chill! 10/10!

We had the best 9 day Vacation. Food was great, room was fantastic, and best of all out pool server Isaac Rocked!! He was attentive, made great suggestions for drinks and had a great spirit, he made sure our drinks were always full and he had a big smile, and anything we needed he was right there to help!
