My wife and I decided that we wanted to have our wedding in Cancun on a short timeline. We had three months to plan and Haven made it happen. Our wedding coordinator, Andrea Cordova, was amazing. She made every step of the planning easy and the big day was fantastic. We loved the resort and our family and guests did as well! We will be back!

My husband and I went here for our wedding anniversary. Beautiful views when you walk in; however, the grounds were lacking to me and could have been better landscaped. The food was decent for an all inclusive.

Incredible experience. We opted for Serenity Club when we booked the trip, and it was 100% worth it. Our concierge, Candido, is THE MAN. He arranged dinners, entertainment, an in-room floral arrangement, room bottle service, and an awesome upgrade to a beachfront penthouse for us. The food at each restaurant was top notch, the pools were amazing. The entertainment was much better than I've experienced at other all-inclusives - the performance during dinner at Tahini felt like we were watching the Telemundo version of American Idol or Dancing with the Stars, fabulously talented dancers and singers. Could not recommend Haven more if you are looking for a relaxing stay, beautiful resort, fantastic food, impeccable service, with high-quality entertainment. We give it 9.5 out of 10 with the only issue being it's seaweed season and that's not the resort's fault. They have a tractor combing the beach but even the Moon Palace and Hilton on each side of Haven have nets up in the ocean that can't prevent their beaches from being overran with seaweed this time of year. Thank you Candido and Haven for a wonderful vacation!

Recently got back from a 9 night stay, beautiful resort, meals varied but enjoyed all of them, satsu was incredible & so was the Hibachi. Breakfast buffet was lovely & lunch spots were also great. Service from staff is incredible and they work so hard. As do the entertainment staff. Resort was spotless & pools are beautiful. We had a swim out room and it was perfect- really well equipped & cleaned everyday. Definitely recommend ????

Google We chose this resort for our honeymoon, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. The resort was beautiful, the atmosphere was really relaxing, fun and all the staff were amazing especially Pedro the bartender/manager. Shout out to Diana and Carlos always keeping our drinks refilled at the main pool! The beach had seaweed but we didn’t even care because the rest of the resort was better than I could’ve imagined. All the activities they have going on in the resort, you will always have something to do. Johny was the best with the water aerobics, had everyone moving! They have excursions you can book through the hotel, we went on a catamaran to the island Isla Mujeres, it was an amazing experience. Haven has many choices with the food/restaurants, we didn’t manage to visit all of the restaurants during our stay. However, the ones we did eat at were excellent. The Satsu Teppanyaki- Hibachi was our favorite,book right away because reservations fill up quick! We got a couples massage at Mysenses Spa followed by Water Journey Circuit which was a great ending to our trip. It’s the perfect place to unwind for a week and enjoy good food and cocktails by the pool. Everything was top rate including the food, service, entertainment, house keeping, guest services and bar staff. We’d definitely recommend it to other couples and would happily come back ourselves!
