We had a 50-person destination wedding at Haven. Our friends are all still raving about the service and food. Special shoutout to the in-house photographer, Arturo. He made our wedding week so special! So many beautiful photos for us to get to relive the best week of our lives!

The restaurants have some of the best food we’ve ever had at an all inclusive. All staff were very friendly and outgoing and our butler Frida was amazing. The entire resort was super clean. Pools could have been a couple of degrees warmer.

We just returned from six nights at the Haven Riviera Cancún, and what an incredible experience it was! The resort is smaller than others we've visited, but we found that to be a real advantage — it felt more intimate without lacking anything we could possibly want. From check-in all the way through our departure, every staff member we met was kind, attentive, and eager to help. A few team members who stood out (there are so many others, too many to name): - Gaby, our Serenity Butler, was friendly, always accessible, and ensured we were informed and well accommodated throughout our stay. - Giovanny and Maria at the Serenity Lounge bar were fantastic — they remembered us each evening and had our preferred nightcap ready. - Julian and Ana at the Serenity Pool kept the atmosphere lively and fun while offering excellent service. - Arthuro at Flavours Buffet was so kind and attentive — when I went a little overboard on the habanero salsa and my eyes started watering, he quickly brought sugar to help tame the heat! We stayed in a Serenity Oceanfront Junior Suite, which was perfect — spacious, beautifully appointed, and offering breathtaking sea views. The room was cleaned and restocked daily with thoughtful touches, and turn-down service each night was impeccable. We highly recommend the Serenity section! Every meal we had was excellent, and the Tahani Dinner & Dance Show was an unforgettable highlight — the performers were incredibly talented, and a special shoutout goes to our wonderful waiter, Miguel Arvo. The resort was also beautifully decorated for Christmas, adding a festive and elegant touch to an already stunning setting. We will absolutely return and highly recommend Haven Riviera Cancún to anyone seeking a relaxing, high-quality experience with exceptional service.

WOW! Best vacation ever! My wife and I had a blast! The staff were amazing! Jose, Sahel, Jose Luis, Angel, Alfredo, Diego, DJ bad baby and many others! They even made us a Christmas ornament to take home, so that Cancún will always be with us! The food was so fresh, and we didn’t even see one bug for the whole week we were there! Very clean environment! They made me feel so special on my birthday, just unbelievable service! I’d recommend this place to everyone! 10 out of 10 experience! I’m a celebrity here in the U.S so I secretly decided to shoot a music video there to showcase the spectacular Haven Riviera resort to my large following, to also show my appreciation to Mexican culture and to have this moment forever! The staff went above and beyond. Mar & Adrian from the entertainment crew (Adrian was a fantastic server at all the shows & Mar kept us all laughing and playing along. Jose Luis & Carlos were exceptional waiters/bar servers poolside made sure to keep us hydrated! They were AMAZING! Candido is the BEST butler! Our mini fridge was ALWAYS stocked with the beverages we requested and he made sure our dinner reservations were made. Exceptional service by all at a beautiful resort!
