Our time here so so lovely! We came for our honeymoon and it has literally been perfect. We especially have enjoyed all of the activities, Mar on the event staff was incredible. She ran each activity flawlessly and always made sure to find us each day to inform us of the days activities. She has been such an important n part of our stay! Everyone who comes should keep an eye out for Mar! So friendly and kind. Other notable experiences was the Bar staff - Moises was 12/10 at his job, we always had a drink in hand thanks to him. We also did the Chefs Table experience for an extra cost but it was one of the most incredible food experiences I’ve ever had. If it’s in your budget it is a must! Everyone in spa services was also fantastic, we had amazing massages and facials during our stay. Most of all the entire staff was been very welcoming and inclusive. My wife and I are a queer couple and we never once felt othered or less than. We were treated like any other couple and felt safe and free to be ourselves.

My wife and I went to haven riviera for our honeymoon and we had such an amazing time! The resort is very luxurious but also knows how to have fun. Mar (with entertainment) was so nice and welcoming to my wife and I. She taught us spanish, played games and was always telling us about the activities throughout the resort! By the end of the week I feel like Mar is a good friend to me. The service was also really nice, the bartenders and wait staff were always doting on us, our favorite waiter Moises took very good care of us and would teach us spanish and it felt like he actually cared about us and our experience here. The food has been amazing as well! Everything from the buffet to the “chef’s table” dinner we did was very nice! I would recommend this resort to anyone and everyone. It truly is so much fun but also so relaxing. You can easily have a chill relaxing day and go to the spa (we got massages and facials and they were very nice!) or you can hang out at the main pool and play all the fun games they have planned, trust me Mar will come find you! I can’t say enough good stuff about this resort but I hope to come again and for it to be soon!! EVERYONE GO TO HAVEN RIVIERA!!!

We had a fantastic stay here for the last week. The rooms are extremely spacious and the bed was so comfortable! There was so much to do within the resort and had activities to suit everyone. Special thanks to Mary Jane, Janet & May they went above and beyond to may sure every activity was fun for all. I can’t forget Ricardo at the pool, up there with one of the best bartenders around. He knew the exact order from previous days we were there and I thought that was a great touch. You don’t get that in most places, but Ricardo was very attentive and is an extremely nice guy! So look out for him at the bar and you’ll have a great time. Maria Jacob at the lobby bar was the exact same she was such a pleasant and bubbly person alway treated you with a smile. These people are a credit to the resort.

This was our 3rd trip to Haven and we took our adult children with us this time. The weather in October was perfect. The resort itself is beautiful. It is relaxing enough for us older adults and enough activities and entertainment for the younger crowd. Our favorite room is the Serenity Ocean Front Swim Out. This time around we had a Serenity Ocean Front Room (3rd floor). We thought the layout of this room was great and it had perfect lighted (and magnifying) mirrors for us ladies. The rooms were very clean and kept that way daily. There also were crews maintaining the grounds throughout our stay. If the main pool is too much or loud for you the quiet round pool is the place to be. The food at this resort is good and there is something to find for even the picky eaters. Staff we would like to recognize Charly was our butler for the 2nd time (as per our request). He will do anything he can, go above and beyond and is great with communicating. Mary Jane, Janet, Dulce and especially Cindy of the entertainment crew - so much fun! Pedro at the Serenity pool was our favorite out of all the bartenders. Cesar the pool concierge helped us with chairs for the foam party and did little extras if he saw us like cleaning our sunglasses. Carlos one of the waiters at the Serenity pool was always on his game, remembered faces and drinks and we were a party of 8! Ricardo at the main pool was very attentive, personable and remembered our names. Overall this is a great resort and a good value for your money. If you can splurge stay Serenity! The rooms, extra amenities and butlers are wonderful!
