We decided to come to Have because of all the helpful reviews, and they were correct.  What stands out is customer service.  Absolutely everyone goes out of their way to make your experience a good one.  The staff, from the grounds crew to the wait staff, are on their toes.  They all work so hard, and it does not go unnoticed that they give their all.  I will give a shout-out to our waiter, Tall Luis, at Flavors.  He is a gem and should be promoted!  Our pool waiter, Carlos, should be promoted also.  He was friendly, attentive, and walked that small space by the pool with ease!  Our butler Candido did an excellent job and stayed connected with us even on his day off!  Now that’s dedication. We loved our swim-up suite.  Room 5005.  It got sun most of the day and had a lovely view of the ocean.  It is probably one of the nicer swim-ups we have had.  Great sitting area, and the pool was clean and refreshing.  You even got floaties!  It was the best! We did the Serenity package, and it was worth the extra amount.  The food was OK.  I will say that some of the specialty restaurants seem, at times, to try too hard.  But that's their job.  The buffet, which at many resorts wouldn't be the best, seems to offer fresh, appealing-looking food here.  It was this way for breakfast and lunch; we never had dinner.  The beverages were fine, and I wish they had more exciting non-alcoholic options.  But that time will come, I am sure.  The buildings are starting to look a bit old, but that happens.  But as far as constant cleaning, it happens all day, all the time.  A should end with our lovely room attendant, Lore.  We didn't speak each other’s language, but we found ways to connect.  She had a bright smile every day, and we appreciated her efforts.  We met a lot of friendly people – shout out to Kelly and Mark from Kansas City!  And the wedding party on the last night – they were a hoot!  That’s right, I said hoot!  Overall, it’s a lovely place, and we would go back.

This hotel is amazing. We had a great time. We highly recommend it. The people go above and beyond. The food was delicious. The Serenity club was worth all the little extras. We had so.e stand out people to mention. Karen & Luis C in the breakfast restaurant. Santiago & Artura in the buffet. Luis and Sahel the pool concierge were fantastic.

We loved every moment; the hotel ambiance, the outside areas, the pools, the view, the food, and the staff. The trip exceeded our expectations in every way. We were lucky enough to stay in the Serenity Area; totally worth the extra cost. Our room was just beautiful. And our concierge, Miguel, helped us in every regard. He was sweet, kind, accommodating, funny, smart, and always accessible. So grateful for him.

We had a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary here. The food was good, many things to choose from in the buffet. Service exceptional …. From front desk to servers. Especial thanks to Alfredo, who was the BEST, and Mar, for entertaining everyone with so much passion and joy! We loved our vacation! Will be ba OKck for sure ????
