A great week at Paradisus!

Just wrapped up a week at Paradisus Cancun, and it was one of our favourite resorts. We stayed in an Oceanview Junior Suite in the Reserve Section and the staff are truly what made this week special! All the pool side staff we encountered (Oscar, Jose, Daniel and Gabby) were fantastic and provided great service. Luiz at the bar was a favourite as well. Always bringing the positive vibes even on the overcast and rainy days. Our Concierge, Manuel, was available everyday and was able to ensure we got reservations at any restaurant we wanted to try. He helped us book the Bali Beds and hydromassage as well. We travelled for a milestone birthday and all the staff played a big part in making it a great day, they went above and beyond to make it feel special and it was very much appreciated :) Food was also great - Sante for breakfast and lunch was a favourite, as well as Lemon Fish and Agua Marina for dinner. Thank you for a great week!

Our Melia family welcomed us home and took exceptional care of us during our entire stay. We've visited Paradisus Cancun numerous times over the past 10 years, and it's so wonderful to see familiar faces. Martin in the buffet greeted us with a "welcome home" table sign as soon as we arrived. What a wonderful way to start our vacation! Thank you, Martin, for your great service over the years. Our dining experience in Lemon Fish was amazing! We chose to celebrate New Years Eve here, and it didn't disappoint. Jorge our waiter, and Borris the manager, made it a night to remember! Great food, great service, and great memories! Lucas at Cielo Mexican restaurant provided such amazing service, that we chose to dine here a few times during our stay. He was great with menu options and kept our Cadillac Margaritas coming! Flor at pool side greeted us with a big smile and asked about our family! She's the best! Thank you, Flor, for taking such good care of our family the last 10 years. Elisco, Carlos, and Yoni, at the swim up bar remembered what we liked and kept our drinks flowing! Thank you all for such great service! Our concierge Jaun Carlos (JC) helped with all our request, questions, and reservations. He was always accessible whenever we needed anything. Thank you, JC, for taking such good care of us. Leaving was bittersweet, knowing that Paradisus Cancun is scheduled to close for remodeling late this summer. We can't wait to return as soon as it reopens! Until then we have our memories and pictures to reflect on! See you soon Melia Family!
