Had a fantastic stay at Paradisus Cancun! The food, staff, and location were all wonderful, making for a truly enjoyable trip. I’m sad to hear they’ll be closing for renovations in May—I know I won’t be able to afford this place once it reopens! We decided to upgrade to The Reserve upon arrival, and it was absolutely worth it. The adults-only side offers a more exclusive experience, including a dedicated concierge to help plan your stay. Enrique, our concierge, was amazing—he took care of all our dinner reservations, helped connect us with a rep to book our tour to Chichen Itza, and even arranged a complimentary catamaran sunset cruise and free hydrotherapy at the spa. Overall, it was a perfect mix of fun, rest, and relaxation. I would definitely come back!

The service was outstanding.. They kept our rooms clean. They provided whatever we requested. The food was good and had many choices. The entertainment was pretty good considering where it had to be done. I would like to go again sometime. The weather wasn't the best, but that's are fault for picking the time.

This review is for the restaurant Flora at Paradisus resort. We ate at Flora for our last meal it was the best wine food dessert and service. Chef Jose- the food was amazing! The absolute best waitress Cinthia. She helped with our food choices for main course and desserts her recommendations were perfect!

Hotel was excellent in every aspect. The concierge Christian was welcoming and informative. Pablo from Blueaguave was warm and friendly. Carlos from sea food restaurant was great. Gerardo and Martin in the buffet hall also attentive. Valentina by pool side was personable. Overall highly recommend.

Booked this hotel because of fairly decent reviews. I understand older hotels - as long as they are clean and well maintained. This hotel - not so much. The public areas at first glance looks great. The front office team - abysmal at best. Hallways to guest rooms - disgusting Rooms - our room came with dirty towel tucked into a corner with a balcony door missing a latch. This hotel is in a desperate need for updating. Food - first day here so haven’t tried it yet.
