Jorge and Miguel are the best, very friendly and efficient guys! Very great expeirencie. The meals and the drinks were superb. We had tequila and a gift beer as a gift at the end. Thank you for the experience. Karen and Silvia also nailed it ate the kitchen!

Lemon fish was wonderful. Daniel was the best waiter!! He gave is excellent advice in picking our menu. The food was delicious as we're the desserts!! It was a little warm but no one's fault. Daniel turned the fan up for us. Will definitely visit again.

The view was spectacular, the service was excellent, the attitude of employees was excellent, the food was a little below average. The pool was large, nice, the pool bar needs a little work on the quality of the drinks. Was overall pretty good.

Blueagave is a Mexican restaurant at the hotel Paradisus. My friends and I received great service from our server Alberto. Very friendly, attentive and accomodating. Great beef tacos and loved the guava mojito. If you love spicy sauces try their haberno and also their garlic harbeno olive sauce. Paired great with the tacos.

Overall we had another great experience at THR Paradisus Cancun. The quality of the drinks and the dinning was great! In general, the service and the courtesy of the staff was excellent. But, I would like to highlight one staff member, Jacob (at the beach), who kept us hydrated and looked after us while we were at the beach, where we spent most of the time. Jacob’s level of service was impecable and outstanding! Last, I would like to THANK Rossana, our THR concierge, who made all our dinner reservations and took care of all our needs during our stay. She did a fabulous job!
