Me and my wife had a great experience at Paradisus. Since we afford the concierge package, we had the support of Natalia. She helped us out with all issues, booking reservations of all kinds and explaining all the processes of Paradisus.

We would like to express our sincere thanks to the entire team at Paradisus Cancun for such a wonderful experience. A special thank you to our concierge, Natalia G., who was always available at any time and truly made a difference in our stay. We are also very grateful to Flor, who took such great care of us at the kids’ pool cabanas—she was incredible! We absolutely loved our experience and will definitely be coming back!

The kidsdom (kids club) area at the hotel is amazing. Alondra and the rest of the staff there were so great with my 4 year old. He had such a fun time and has been asking to go back. I would recommend for sure!

I would like to highlight and sincerely thank the excellent service I received during my stay, especially from the butler Jair. From the very beginning, he was incredibly attentive, professional, and always willing to assist with anything I needed. His kindness, dedication, and attention to detail truly made my experience even more special and comfortable. People like him make a real difference and elevate the overall quality of the hotel.
