Just returned from a week long stay at the newly renovated Paradisus Cancun. This was our fourth visit to this beautiful resort. We booked The Reserve Jr. Suite (ocean view). The room was exceptionally clean and provided a spectacular view of the ocean. The entire property is immaculate! Sergio, our destination concierge, provided 5-star service! From check-in to departure he ensured our experience was absolutely amazing. His daily attention to detail allowed for a stress-free, relaxing vacation. His genuine care & compassion was evident throughout our daily interactions. David, Mikel & Victor (Reserve Pool - concierges) provided excellent service! They (along with the pool servers) work hard to ensure pool guests are comfortable & cared for! And last, but not least, Julio in the Reserve lounge always greets with such a wonderful smile! Would highly recommend staying at Paradisus Cancun!

We stretched - we drank - we made fire !!

Had a wonderful time at the Paradisus Cancun the week of May 10. The renovations made were nice and the rooms were nicely appointed. A special shoutout to several of the staff members for making our stay extraordinary: Carolina our reserve concierge, Victor and Miguel, reserve pool attendants, Cesar, Javier and Jamil reserve pool waiters, Julio the reserve lobby bar attendant and Joel at the Cappela restaurant.

We has a such a wonderful experience at the kids club. I brought my daughter and nephew and from the beginning we felt so welcomed and confident. A very special thank you to Vianey who was incredibly kind, cheerful and caring with the kids. She made the whole experience even more special. We would definitely come back!????

Excellent experience and education on mixology with Mexican spirits. Javier and Giovanni were great! We would happily do the classes again.
