I came here at Blue Agave with my family for our last dinner and the food was Amazing, our waiter was Alberto and he was kind and offered great service. He always checked up on us asking if we needed anything else. I would recommend.

Well, I don't know where to begin. My registration was smooth. I was assigned to a concierge Carlos who was there to meet all of my requests and he gave me a tour of the property. Thank.you Carlos! The property and the grounds are designed with greenery everywhere you look. Nature and sustainability are very prominent in the design. Since I am vegan I had concerns about my meals. Well, Paridisus Cancun took great care of my dietary needs. I met with several chefs and I was assured that they could meet my dietary needs with no difficulty. Housekeeping and room service were great. So, I have to give a shout out to the restaurants, their chefs and their wait staff. I don't have everyone's name, however, they were all exceptional. Capella - Lucio the chef, the waiter, Ivan the manager. Sal Steak House - Roger my waiter, the chef and the manager. Gastro Hall, the manager and waiter. Blue Agave, the manager and the waiter. I regret that I don't remember all of those that took such good care of my dietary needs, I thank you all. Lastly, I would like to give a shout out to Lenny and the crew that takes care of the turtle sanctuary. I had the pleasure to see them rescue and remove baby turtles from their nest as they were ready to make their trek to the ocean while the predators [birds] were waiting and watching. They are doing an amazing service and job!

????? Outstanding Dining Experience at Blue Agave We had a fantastic experience at Blue Agave at Paradisus Cancun. The food was absolutely wonderful — beautifully presented, full of flavour, and every dish we tried was excellent. What really made the evening special, though, was the service from Armando. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and had a fantastic sense of humour. He made us feel genuinely welcome and went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable evening. Great food, exceptional service and a fantastic atmosphere. Armando is a real credit to the restaurant. We would highly recommend Blue Agave and will definitely be back! ?????

The restaurant blueagave “Armando” was our server and he was excellent. He was a little fast pace but I didn’t mind at all. He was very welcoming, friendly and VERY ATTENTIVE towards guests. My mom had taken out her ice from her Horchata drink to not make it too cold, then Armando brought another drink without ice without our request. I loved his service and treatment.
