Cecilia ( Naruto)at the main lobby bar is an amazing mixologist! Loved her mixing and cocktail. Would love to see her mix more and more !!! All the best

We are due to arrive on June 29th. I've twice emailed Planet Hollywood to ask for some assistance regarding our arrival. As yet I've had no response, even though my emails were received by Planet Hollywood. This doesn't fill me with confidence when we arrive for our vacation.

Sunbed situation is nothing short of terrible, half of the sunbeds at the family pool and broken and they are usually all gone by 9am. Our stay was made by “Didier Berduso” in the lobby and pool bar, he was super friendly and always going the extra mile when serving us drinks. The same for Rene at the Indian restaurant he was so fabulous and an amazing kind server. Shame that these 2 fabulous guys, are let down by some of their colleagues who are very rude and some of them even ignored us when sitting at the pool or when standing to be served at a bar. The hotel seem to have their staff in the wrong places, there is many people selling spa treatments or standing chatting at the buffet restaurant when other workers such as the bar and some restaurant staff (specifically the Indian) are rushed off their feet and overworked. Would recommend this hotel for a stay, we did throughly enjoy our 2 weeks stay and would return if they hotel were going to sort the sunbed situation. All of the food at the restaurants is amazing for an all inclusive.

Great stay! We were star class which was worth it for us. Our butlers, Oscar and Miguel were awesome and very helpful. We loved the Star class pool—the activities and staff. Luisa, Pao and Vicente were amazing! The foal party, water polo and water volleyball were a huge hit with our group. My daughter did several days at the flow rider. The gentlemen there were encouraging and patient. They even taught my daughter to stand up on the board. The lazy river was relaxing. Beautiful beach! We went parasailing and went to Isla Mujeres. We took the ferry and rented a golf cart on the island. Both were great!

Had a great time at Planet Hollywood! My first time in Mexico and I will return. Our butlers Frank & Ignacio were fabulous, very helpful and accommodating. Francisco and Carlos were our pool waiters, we made a point of sitting in their section .. they were the best, so friendly and obviously love meeting and chatting with guests. A shout out to Marcos too who always set us up for pool comfort.
