Staff was amazing and couldn't ask for a better experience here at the resort. Jonathan and Jesus with the entertainment staff were great!

we had such a fantastic time and will come again jesus, jonathan, and balleria they were so much fun and great during the pool games and we will always recommend to everyone !!

We had a wonderful stay, and a big reason for that was the amazing entertainment staff. Jonathan was absolutely fantastic—he always remembered our group, made a point to engage with us, and brought such great energy every day. He truly made us feel welcome and added so much fun to our experience. A special shoutout as well to Tessa, who is an incredible talent. Her performances were amazing both in the club and by the pool—she has an incredible voice and presence that really elevated the atmosphere. Overall, the entertainment team made our stay memorable, and we can’t wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sun Palace. The atmosphere was wonderful, the food was delicious, there was a great selection of restaurants for dinner, the rooms were clean, and the massages were amazing. A huge thanks to all the staff. Also, thank you to the Sweet & Coffee team for the tasty snacks and great mood—especially Eliseo, Yzui, Daniela, and Eric.

We had a wonderful week at Sun Palace, our concierge, Larry, was extremely helpful and always pleasant and available for assistance. At the Thai restaurant we had a great evening of laughter with our server, Gabriela, and at Fuego with Sandy, who was very attentive. Our beach concierge, Sandy and Ricky, set up our cabana daily and made sure we were well looked after. It’s a lovely resort that we have visited many times over the past twenty plus years, and we will be back!
