Romantic Dinner a must

The Romantic Dinner is a must if you're there with that special someone. Baldo played a fantastic medley of Romantic tunes on his violin that took the night to the next level. Gracias Baldo.

Wonderful atmosphere, great staff including Efrain, Jose, Eddie, Alexander, Victoria, and Jesus who attended to every detail of our meal. , making delicious suggestions for our amazing evening.

Fantastic service, excellent staff, great views, loved to have a heated pool. Perfect Location. I would say the staff is happy and that reflects in their service and how they make guests feel, warm welcomes.

Like always, vacations are too short. The cozumel palce staff made our stay wonderful. They went out of their way to make us feel at home. Always attentive and super friendly. Can't wait to go back again!

Fantastic service, food and atmosphere. Excellent service from bell boys, waitresses, bartenders, maids, room service, spa and just everyone. They treat you like family. If you want to party or relax, The Cozumel Palace is the place for you.
