In April, as so many times before we spent 2 weeks at the Cozumel Palace. What a great vacation it was! Freddy booked us a most spectacular snorkeling trip! When visiting the Cozumel Palace you feel like you are part of a family. The food is always delicious! The staff goes above and beyond! The Cozumel Palace will remain our home away from home! We have already booked our next trip for November 2026!

The food and wait staff was incredible! Our favorite food was at Bugambilla's. Ivan the manager was wonderful!! And the waiter, Enrique was awesome too. Plus the chef, Wally makes absolutely amazing food!! We truly appreciate the kindness everyone showed us while we stayed.

Incredible staff. Especially love the breakfast crew, Fili and Heri are our favorites, but Jennifer and Miguel are wonderful too! The head waiter Gabriel is so fantastic! We also love Martha and Katia, such wonderful hostesses. The staff at Flamingo was great! Shout out to Hamri and the headwaiter Antonio. The staff and headwaiter at Momo made my husband's birthday a very special occasion, which meant the world to us! This entire hotel is so special and too many staff to mention. One more shout out to the pool staff. Alan and Perla and everyone took great care of us. Emmanuel is always so sweet even though we aren't diamond members, he makes us feel special! Well done Cozumel Palace!! Can't wait for our next trip home!

Wonderful, wonderful visit!! We have visited Cozumel many, many times and the Cozumel Palace every year since 2008! Every year it gets better and better! We are divers so having an amazing dive shop, Aqua Safari, on site makes this resort especially special for us. We love to dive with divemaster, Walter and captain, Roger! The staff at the Palace are beyond amazing… you feel like family as soon as you arrive. The restaurants are wonderful and the service even better: Martha is the best hostess ever, Fili and Heri serve breakfast and lunch and make every single meal so special and Gabriel as head waiter is wonderful! In the Mexican restaurant, Bugambilas, Ivan makes every meal a wonderful event. Eddie, as sommelier does an amazing job at the wine and tequila tasting… a wonderful and informative evening. Joel beautifully handles all the restaurants and we are so glad he is back at the Palace! Our vacation planner, Vicente made all our reservations for diving, tours, special dinners and the spa. And Ana at the front desk, handled every question we threw at her!

We stayed at the Cozumel Palace for 8 days and it was our first trip there. We came with friends who are avid divers and told us this was a terrific place to dive. From the moment we checked in to when we checked out we had the best service, best food and best atmosphere . The people were so amazingly friendly and accommodating. Some special notes were Joel who was just terrific, Eddie who did our tequila and wine tasting was so much fun and knowledgeable. We loved Ivan, Gabriel, Fili, Heri, Julio and our sweet Martha who was so wonderful. I must say that Ana who checked us in was just terrific as well and our room was awesome and we had some special treats each night. Vicente our host was amazing too and helped with any of our needs. Thank you yo all these special people. We felt we’d known them just like family. We can’t wait to come back again!!
