I've been going to Cozumel Palace for over 35 years. Many of the staff have become friends and it's like homecoming when I see them. A special shout out goes to the restaurant staff, Fili, Martha, Gabriel Chan, Jennifer, Silvia and Jesus. Cooks Jose and Maria. Pool waters Jorge and Alan. At the front desk, Joel who always has the biggest smile and who is so helpful. I can recommend this hotel for singles, couples and families. It's a 10.

This is an exceptionally beautiful resort and the service is impeccable! So great to be close to town too! It is a priceless and invaluable experience here. We love food and the food is great! We are also very relaxed as we head out for a full travel day. I want to thank the breakfast staff: Gabriel Chan, Fili, Jennifer, Luis, Naomi, Rebecca, Miguel & Silvia & everyone else for their kindness and excellent service. It was a great start to the day for us and our special needs daughter. She truly came out of her shell and was comfortable and engaged. We’ve never seen her eat so much! Thank you! I also have to thank mi amiga Laura at the flamingoes evening restaurant and the head waitress/hostess. Thank you for amazing dining experiences and your kindness and sweetness. I can’t wait to see you again! Another person that made our stay amazing is Ivan. He was everywhere! And always outgoing and helpful. So was Monique. Perla was one of our go to poolside beverage associates - thank you! The entertainment group is outstanding and the entertainment offerings at the resort are fabulous! That is an understatement! Every morning we had specialty coffee made by May, Angel, Giovany & Ale. They also fed our chocolate addiction at night! Lol! Our special-needs daughter loved Eduardo from room service - thank you! He was very engaging and charming. A delight and should be promoted. I see him as head waiter soon! There’s another young man that went above and beyond from room service, and I wish I knew his name. Nevertheless, because we were here for more than two weeks and have a special needs daughter, We ordered from own service daily. The service from everyone was impeccable. Israel assisted us with our excursion and spa bookings - thank you for making everything so easy! The front desk experience was amazing too! We indulged at the spa for massages, facials, mani-pedi’s, haircuts, and barber services - thank you Victoria, Lourdes, Candes, Mini and everyone else! Ame from housekeeping and turned down service was a joy every day and has a beautiful smile! I truly look forward to seeing her! Also, one day our daughter snuck to the pool without our knowing. A gentleman from CP who was overseeing a wedding ensured she was safe and comfortable and in the shade. Imagine our surprise when we found her poolside! Thank you for being there for us. Even the sales people are special! Young Jaime is going places in this company! But each person we met with this trip & last were sincere and gracious and the time spent with them was enjoyable. This place is also an easy sell! That is a compliment to the Palace resort company. This is a true and honest review. We have been here for 15 nights this trip and 10 this past May 2026 (without our daughter). We love exploring new places/countries and learning new things. Typically, we would not revisit the same place or hotel. Nevertheless, we will be sure to be back to Cozumel Palace with or without our daughter every year for our first first-class all-inclusive total relaxation foodie experience.

We had an absolutely wonderful dinner at Momo! The Asian cuisine was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Everything was excellent! What made our evening even more special was the outstanding service. Our waiter, Elder, was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. He made us feel genuinely welcome and ensured that we had a fantastic dining experience. Excellent food, exceptional service, and a lovely atmosphere! We truly enjoyed our evening and would definitely recommend Momo. A special thank you to Elder for making our dinner so memorable!

Everyone was soooo amazing. Miguel in the breakfast restaurant was always on point as was the the remaining team at the breakfast restaurant. The bartenders in the lobby and pool were always on top of our drinks. The coffee shop staff was very attentive as were the other staff. My 2 massages were ?? BOMB. The servers at all the dinner restaurants were always gracious. Everyone always did their best to go above and beyond. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I came, but I’m leaving behind grateful and happy. Until next time ?? Kim Patel

Miguel , Fili, Heri, Monik, Jesus and Yeni breakfast team gave us excellent service and was very kind. Bar team especially Rodrigo and Ivan went out of there way to find us coconut water and made the best drinks and enjoyed
