This place was amazing in every way. The food was delicious, and the staff were the nicest and most helpful people too! Everyone always greeted us and had a kind smile. Jesus and his team in the buffet were always so kind and made conversation while doing an amazing job. This goes for all of the team members here. I would love to come back one day and recommend it 100 percent to anyone else!

What a great experience we had. The Cozumel Palace was breathtaking and the staff was top notch.

The last time we stayed at Cozumel Palace was in 2013 and 2014 when my husband completed his first two Ironman competitions. At that time, we were impressed with the superb service with so many efficient, friendly, professional, and wonderful people that made our stays truly enjoyable. When we visited for Spring Break this year, we were delighted to note that the excellent service that Cozumel Palace is known for still exists. From the time we checked in with complimentary flowers and drinks, Jailene at the front desk was welcoming and set the tone for the rest of the trip. I can talk about the good food, great location, fantastic fitness center, but what stands out are the many fantastic people who made are stay memorable in the best of ways. First, a big shout-out to Carmita, whose warmth, humor, and great heart made our interactions with her simply joyful. Our breakfasts every day were excellent -- the food was delicious (you have to try the scrambled eggs -- the best I have ever had) and Silvia and Heri elevated the meals to another terrific level with their smiles and seamless hospitality. Also, a big thank you to Marta -- an infectious smile and energy that were lovely. Thank you, Enrique -- whenever I asked for a drink at the pool bar, your warm smile and fun energy were appreciated. And when our flight was unexpectedly delayed overnight, Marcos single-handedly made sure we had transportation to the airport the next morning even when the department had closed for the evening. And, finally, a huge thank you to all the staff members who we didn't get to know but who worked tirelessly to make sure that the hotel property was immaculate. If you are seeking superb service, which is indeed a rare thing these days, the only choice in Cozumel is Cozumel Palace.

As a VIP member, Cozumel is one of my favorite resorts in the Palace chain. Small, quaint, newly renovated & very easy access if you can get a flight directly to the island. Big shoutout to two people. Gabriel does a great job with the waiter service team at the buffets. Everyone is so helpful & knows me by name after the first day. AND the food is great! Second, if you go to the spa, Marie gave me the best masssge of my life. Great classy place. It’s not cheap, but great experiences rarely are.
