The hotel is old, the building and the rooms are ok , you get what you pay, it’s the first time in my life I don’t like the food in a resort, you don’t have variety in the buffet, the “speciality restaurant” are really small they take forever to take your order and give you the food and most of the plates are broken. Some of the staff are like rude and they don’t have a interest to support you, I forgot my sunglasses in the restroom and someone stole them and they didn’t care about the situation. The beach is pretty but really small, if you don’t have water shoes it’s gonna be uncomfortable and the pool seats are not enough for all the people, you have to wake up early and go for one before someone else. I’m not gonna come back never ever.

It is an older facility that is need of upgrades. Some of the pools were nasty in that the water was cloudy, scum floating around on the surface. The cleaning/circulation pumps were not activated the whole time we were there. Started asking staffers the second day of the visit with no positve outcome. Will advise any patron to view pools prior to using.

This is my very first vacation coming from Canada, I will definitely be returning. The only thing I will know is this more of a family friendly resort as pretty much everything shuts down at midnight & the bars dont open until 10am which was perfect for us but may not be for everyone.

Nice hotel ,room is little outdated, excellent service ,food at the buffet is repetitive but always a choice ,a la carte is good .Small beach (water shoes are recommended).We enjoy our stay and amazing staff

GOOD 1.hotel is very close to airport 30 minutes max 2. it's great for people who want snorkel 3. very small place and walking is easy to everything 4. Infinity pool is great, two to choose from (it's for everyone not only for members). BAD 1. food is ok, seafood and nachos are fantastic, Mexican is okkkk, Italian is good 2. coble stone everywhere, not the end of the world but makes walking a bit harder 3. Gym is ok, needs improvement if you go at 7 it's busy, we went at 8am and it was great 4 we paid $14USD for 7 days for environmental tax as a Canadian, others paid more not sure why 5 BRING water shoes, it's rocky - small rocks and big rocks.
