Fantastic Experience.

My husband and I dined here and it was far beyond our expectations. Martine was our waiter and he truly did a phenomenal job. The food was fantastic, each dish was a symphony of fresh flavors. Definitely put this restaurant on your itinerary.

Wonderful hotel with private Beach. The service is wonderful. Today Ivan the beach waiter went out of his way and brought me a coconut full of fresh coconut water . Jazmin at breakfast is kind and tries to bring vegetarian and gluten free options. Excellent and kind service. The beach is amazing

We did a bicycle ride with Perla and explored the Ixtapa city and marina. We had a stop in local shop and had a fresh drink and learnt about history of Ixtapa
Water leaking issues

Old hotel our room 2105 club room was flooded from a leaking ceiling from room above soaking all our clothes. No apologies from hotel staff. Moldy smell in room. We had to insist on changing not very help staff. Old stucco hotel with a nice view and beach.
Food in the à la carte restaurants was amazing. Also service throughout the hotel was impeccable.

Wonderful, attentive staff,Moises in the Mexican ala Carte was fabulous. Impeccable service and the food was just five star.
