Great Custumer friendly service, food and over all great stay. Great Staff specially Javier at Solarium . Highly recommend dinner at Portofino and El Mexicano for dinner.

Please come here if you wanna throw away your hard earned money. There is rat poop especially in the balcony. If you don't believe me please see my pic. The cherry on top was when they couldn't find my reservation when it was booked months in advanced. The food quality was mid. All inclusive nightmare.

This was my second visit to Las Brisas Ixtapa. Special shout to Victorino in Beach Club; who went above and beyond in making sure we got what we needed and kept circling back checking on us. Well done Victorino! Also, server Sergio at Brisas 1 - at the beach was excellent. As busy as it was I felt he kept an eye on us and checked on us when our drinks were getting low.

As always our stay at Las Brisas was relaxing and felt like a second home. Andres, the Supervisor at Reception was attentive to our needs and quickly remedied our small issues with a smile. Bella Vista breakfast is always the best way to start the day We love the buffet and the wait staff is top quality so happy to address our every need from our morning coffee and juice to our special requests. The Supervisor of the Bella Vista Jazmin Maya is always welcoming with a big smile and good morning and her staff is top notch. Roberto, Juan, Jair, Luis, Adelfo and Baltazar were familiar faces and we are so happy to see them every year. The beach is a favorite knowing that Victor is there to keep us safe and we enjoy spending our day being taken care of by Alberto Lopez's excellent staff. Ivan, Jose, Xavier, Sergio, David Netal, Cirilo and our favorite Margarito who we have known since our first visit in 1990. We will be making our plans to visit in 2026 for 2 weeks of rest and relaxation Paulette and Duke Covone

The hotel is very affordable, $200 a night with breakfast, lunch, and dinner included. The staff are super helpful, I don’t speak a lick of Spanish besides greetings and thank yous, many of the staff speak slight English or are very fluent so I didn’t have to go around with my translator app shoving my phone in peoples faces. The place is very clean and room service goes around twice a day, in the morning and in the afternoon. Besides the amazing food the best part was the spa treatment. We got the couples therapy massage for 90mins and that only cost us $200usd or $3,800mxn. Our masseuses Celiczi and Ximenzi were amazing. I’m going back for another massage today (the next day). They have shuttles to get you around the resort if you don’t want to walk around and climb up and down the stairs during the hot days. Also the valet guys are amazing, they can even call you a taxi if you want to go out to the town.
