Had an amzing time in Brisas Ixtapa! We had amazing services from Sergio Marin and the bartenders Paco and Edwin were spectacular as well. Their services on the prjvate beach were fenominal! Highly apreciative of their excellent service and attention! People like them make you want to keep coming back!

Last time I was at this property was still a Camino Real, now a Las Brisas one. The place -even though its age- is kept in great shape. We chose it for our yearly family vacation, and stayed at the Emperador Suite which is a two bedroom large living room one, with its own pool, located in the upper level. The property has its own beach which is also very nice. While it was great to see the property in great shape, the highlight of the place is its service. Fantastic in every aspect and by everyone. We stayed a week, and everyone at the restaurants, beach, front desk gets to know you by your name and take extra care of your needs. Very very satisfied with our vacation here overall.

My 6th time at the hotel. But this time it was a deception. Swiming pool was not working, water was dirty People in the pool with clothes!!! Where is your dress code? People at the private beach with radios, each playing different “ranchera” music In summary… low standards

This place was a paradise, we use to come here for many years as a family and enjoyed it very much. Today the service is terrible, the rooms are in ruins, the beach is full of noise and garbage. They had been cutting a lot of trees and they dont respect the environment. Its so sad to see this beautiful place in such bad conditions. The food is terrible too. I do want to remark that the employees that have been working here for 30 years keep on being super nice and helpful I want to give my recognition to them Don Sergio, Don Margarito, Don Roberto…
