Margarita and Miguel Angel provided top notch service during breakfast at “piso 20” Brisas Beach Club. Food, Personal attention and taking care of all our request was great. We strongly recommend staying at the BBC and avoid the long lines at the main restaurant.

A well equipped room with ocean views and a private deck. Everything in the room worked and the room was quiet and clean. It would have been nice to have received more than 1 regular and 1 decaf. coffee cartridge per day in such an expensive place. Beach and pools were beautiful and well looked after and the beach is very private to the hotel. The staff friendliness and service were a highlight. Thanks Antonio, Victor, Salvador, Luis, and many others. The food was good but not outstanding for the amount we paid but we did really enjoy the specialty restaurants, especially Las Brisas II and Portofino. Felt very safe and secure.

My husband and I dined here and it was far beyond our expectations. Martine was our waiter and he truly did a phenomenal job. The food was fantastic, each dish was a symphony of fresh flavors. Definitely put this restaurant on your itinerary.

Wonderful hotel with private Beach. The service is wonderful. Today Ivan the beach waiter went out of his way and brought me a coconut full of fresh coconut water . Jazmin at breakfast is kind and tries to bring vegetarian and gluten free options. Excellent and kind service. The beach is amazing

We did a bicycle ride with Perla and explored the Ixtapa city and marina. We had a stop in local shop and had a fresh drink and learnt about history of Ixtapa
