The hotel it's an architectural jewel, it's an amazing design with great views for incredible photos. But the hotel needs to contact an architectural interior design firm to help them with an upgrade of the FF&E and Power&Comm utilities from the rooms. The room design is still amazing but this little details aren't helping the whole experience. In general the hotel looks great but if you pay attention to the details you'll notice the maintenance failures (pool tiles, plasters, furniture).

The place is great, the swimming pools need a renovation of the finishes, our concern was that the hotel now is a all inclusive service and that is something that make the place less exclusive and the food and beverage is good but wholesale so the options are low, but the service is still very good the employees are very good, and in general the place remain with the same quality of many years.

We have been having a wonderful time here at Las Brisas. My husband and I came for our much needed vacation to just relax but this hotels staff and great food have been above exceptional! Honestly I didn’t think it would be as great as other places we’ve been in more touristy areas of the country but Las Brisas has exceeded our expectations in a very positive way! Today at Portofinis with our waiter Luis Oscar has been the top! Great service and great food!

Beach and staff great, rooms dated though large with a patio, bar service on beach exceptional, à la carte mediocre though buffet terrible.
