Just an amazing place, AWFUL SERVICE.

There is not much to say about the place as it is. The hotel is just BREATHTAKING. Here goes the downside; My room had NO A/C, it just didn’t work. The minibar was empty, even though I asked for it two times. The food, the buffets are just incredibly bad quality food. The service, waiters, it’s just amazing the incredibly bad attitude. Such a shame for such a beautiful place. I really hope they work on this kind of things, it’s just not the same as it was many years ago.

Prefered Club

We really enjoyed Las Brizas. This was our seventh visit in as many years. We spent a month there. Of course, for such a long stay, we regularly travel to the towns of Ixtapa and Zihuatanejo for sightseeing and to eat out. It's not that we don't appreciate the hotel's restaurants. On the contrary, the welcome and the quality of the food are excellent. For such a long stay, we prefer the "Preferred Club" to the "all-inclusive." This is where I think there could be some improvements. With a few exceptions, the quality of service isn't up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. The food could be a bit more varied, especially for lunch.
Las Brisas for a Relaxing Vacation

The service was excellent! Especially Moises in el Portofina and el Mexicana: He is on top of everything. In the buffet, Luis Angel has you covered. The rooms are clean, some may say they are a bit dated but I have noticed improvements in the property as a whole. I have been coming here since 2017. Most recently they have updated the elevator to the beach, how they issue room keys so it’s much more difficult to lose them. Make-up towels, lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner (large bottles) in the bathrooms. Improved hours of the concierge. All the staff make it a point to know you. The beach service at time needs some help depending on your server. But the lifeguards, Victor and Arturo will always keep you safe. Las Brisas is the best vacation spot for a quiet vacation. You can always roll into town or over to Zihuantejo for more lively vibes.
Great place!

True Mexican experience. A wonderful place. If you are into all the poshy nonsense of super exclusive resorts, go somewhere else. We were one of the few non-Mexican guests, and that really made our experience better. Staff and other guests were wonderful. Some hotel personnel didn’t speak English, and that was great too. You still get to communicate with them without problems and with a smile. The guests - normal people with no American nonsense attitude. The scenery is spectacular. The hotel architecture is truly unique, beautifully merging with the landscape and the secluded bay. The beach is spectacular with no microplastics. There is a strong wave, which is a great attraction of the beach, but you have to know how to behave in the shore break. Kids can still play it safe and have lots of fun. Lots of wildlife around and fish in the ocean. The rooms have everything you need to get a good night's rest. You get to spend the whole day outside anyway. Food is first class. Buffet food was enough. Nutritious and diverse. Super tasty. We don’t need fancy restaurants, but there are still options available. The gym is small but sufficient, and there are pickleball and tennis courts available, plus other activities. Strongly recommended, have fun, enjoy the place!
