We have been to dozens of all inclusive in Puerta Vallarta and this was the best. From planning customer service, to beautiful , modern rooms, excellent food, huge pool with more than adequate outdoor seating, great restaurants, professional evening events, generally quiet family oriented, and pleasant helpful staff. We will return again and again.

My wedding weekend at Sheraton Bouganvilias was truly incredible and I would recommend them to host any event! The wedding coordinator, Denisse, was a pleasure to work with. I began working with her over a year before my wedding day. Despite me being in the US and Denisse being in PV, she made everything easy for me throughout the planning process. Denisse genuinely cares about her clients and it shows. I feel very lucky to have selected Sheraton for my wedding without knowing we were going to have the chance to work with Denisse! If I had to plan another event, I would only wish that Denisse would be there to help me :) On our arrival to the hotel, Denisse made sure to greet us and she added many thoughtful surprises for us throughout our stay that made our weekend even more special than it already was. We held three different events during our weekend and all were executed well/exceeded my expectations. On the day of our wedding, Samuel was our captain. He also was a pleasure to work with. Always available to us for anything we needed as well as making sure our guests were taken care of. All of our guests enjoyed their drinks, canapes, sit down dinner and dessert! I found that incredibly rare in my experience with other weddings in the US. Sheraton offers you every additional vendor you may need. The photographer (Minerva), the DJ (Gil) and our cocktail hour saxophonist were each excellent. I especially appreciated Minerva for guiding us through photo positions and locations since my husband and I don’t have a lot of experience with that. Our photos so far are impressive (not to mention the backdrop of the hotel being stunning). Gil made sure to time all of our song and speech requests with almost no guidance, he’s clearly great at what he does and knows how to MC a wedding well! We were married on the grassy jetty that walks out onto the ocean and then our reception was held adjacent at the heart garden. Our hotel room was spacious, clean and had great amenities. The bed was comfortable, the shower had excellent pressure and the housekeeping staff A+. Every room has an incredible view! There are two pool areas, both with slightly different vibes but great service. The pool infront of the hotel block offers fun games and lively music while the other pool closer to the timeshare blocks is more quiet and relaxing. Both pools have huge swim up bars and plenty of staff to help you enjoy your stay. Find Mariano or Gabriel by the hotel block pool for drinks and food! They are lovely along with the entire poolside staff. The breakfast at Sheraton’s Villita (the big palapa between the pools) is fabulous. It is a massive buffet that is so clean and well kept. We ate here for lunch a couple times as well-just a reliable yummy buffet (I’m not even usually interested in buffets). I didn’t get a chance to eat at the new Punta Sol restaurant but it is brand new and located in a prime location overlooking the beach. The Maiave Spa at Sheraton was where I got ready for the wedding. We rented the bridal suite on the second floor of the spa. Prior to starting my hair and makeup, the staff helped be through the hydrotherapy circuit (steam room, sauna, cold plunge). My husband and family also loved the hydrotherapy circuit so much that we all returned at later times. I believe it’s about $35 USD for the cost of using the spa for the hydrotherapy circuit! So affordable and worth it! I would recommend Karla to organize any spa activity and Beatriz for any spa service. Beatriz did my hair and makeup for the wedding and I don’t think I’ve ever looked more beautiful! She listened to all of my requests and made sure I stayed hydrated throughout my morning with her. I really cannot thank her enough for all the hard work she did for me. The rest of my bridal party was also stunning. Everyone in the spa is so calm, happy and accommodating—Sheraton is lucky to have this staff! I’m trying to reach for anything I didn’t enjoy during my stay and I truly cannot think of anything. I’m so grateful for the memories I have from my perfect wedding weekend at Sheraton Bouganvilias. We’ve been coming to the Sheraton since I was a child. I have so many fond memories of this hotel. They have made so many upgrades over the years, added new restaurants, renovated the spa and fitness center…and it seems their staff enjoy their work. Thank you so much and I can’t wait to come back!!!

Denisse and Evelyn at the Sheratoons Kids Club at this resort are amazing!! My daughters, 7 and 8 years, LOVE them. They make the experience very comfortable and fun for the children and very easy for the parents as well. I can very highly recommend.

This is my favorite resort in Puerto Vallarta… The resort is very well kept, all of the employees are very friendly. Our housekeeper Esmeralda always wore a smile and cleaned the room impeccably. There are two pools available…one is quieter than the other, where activities are held.
