Foods great, accommodations as well can’t complain about the service however the acoustics are such that any activity at night makes it impossible to get some sleep without assistance.. it’s now 12:30 and the band, a bad one btw, is still playing the same repetitive music.

Everyone at the resort was outstanding in service and attentivness. Manuel and Asuncion in the buffet went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. Also Gama in the pool deck was attentive, approachable and fun. The sax. player in the Italian restaurant added to the magic of the resort. Highly recommend it. Also the ice cream chef at the Mexican night should be there more often. Fabulous!

Excellent stay (one week) at the Sheraton. Buganvilias Puerto Vallarta. Great lounge open all day with great food (especially for dinner). We went to the italian restorant and the food was also great. The best thing is the fantastic view from each room (each room is facing the ocean). The pools are heated which is great and there are lots of chairs around so no need to reserve early in the day. The only downside is that you absolutely need beach shoes to go to the beach because the sand is really coarse and rough. So the beach is not great.

Jimena and Luis are Very good activity directors for games! The bocce ball and cornhole were a lot of fun! Especially winning the free drink every time I won ????
