Pros: Beautiful ocean, lovely and clean grounds, friendly staff, Doctor on site was very professional Cons: Extremely noisy in the rooms, lots of hidden costs, every restaurant on site tastes like Cisco quality (awful), pull out couch is unbearable to sleep on, loud party music nonstop at pool, scented toilet paper in every bathroom (very toxic), loud appliances in the rooms making it hard to sleep, the ocean was too rough to be swimmable My advice: find somewhere with better food onsite or nearby, pay attention to hidden costs and fine print

Fun activities with resort staff. Lots of fun activities to do around the resort. Great time in Puerto Vallarta at The Sheraton.

I've just completed a one-week stay at the Sheraton PV and had a grand experience. From check-in to check-out, the staff were courteous and helpful. My Platinum Elite status was recognized at check-in, leading to an upgrade to a Club level room with beautiful views of the bay. The Club Lounge offered daily breakfast from 0630-1100 and evening canapes and wine/prosecco from 1700-2000. I'd like to particularly commend Asael, Ernesto, and Ephraim in the Club Lounge. Their hospitality and warmth made me feel at home. Club guests also can reserve private seating on the beach directly through the Lounge staff. The resort offered a number of dining options, and the timeshare (Vacation Club) next door has a market if you need some essentials. Downtown PV is about a 15-20 minute walk, and Zona Romantica (Old Town) is about a 25-30 minute walk (depending on where you're headed). I found the walk very pleasant but do bring water and wear hat/sunglasses/sunscreen to stay hydrated and avoid sunburn. I hope to return in the not-too-distant future!

The activities team is very friendly! We had fun in Zumba class and lotería with Luis. The Rosca was great! The buffet is the best restaurant but the other restaurants are just okay. I would not do all inclusive again because some of the food options are limited.

Love this place. 3rd year in a row. Agustin, our server at the pool was the best! He always takes care of us every year. We will see you in October.
