Perfect holiday for me and my mrs, staff was very welcoming and professional, by far the best experience I had

We had a wonderful time at Paradisus Palma Real! Everything went smoothly thanks to our concierge, Ariel Benzo. This was our second time being taken care of by him, and he did an amazing job once again. We were especially touched that he arranged a birthday cake for my wife, making her birthday extra special. We truly enjoyed our relaxing stay, delicious food, and great drinks. We will definitely be back again!

Our second time this year in this resort. We sended 7 days in February and just finished 10 days. Same Master suite (9336). After close to 35 different resorts in Mexico and the Dominican Republic, we can know say It’s our favorite place. Melià Wellness just close by is also excellent. The Pros THE FOOD : Simply in a class of It’s own. You have to go to the Steakhouse (Mina). The Brigade in the kitchen could easily compare to the finest restaurants back home … and we have great restaurants in Montreal. The Dominican restaurant at night, Floral, gives you the chance to get a taste of the great Dominican cuisine. The Winery is a must. They have a great wine list. You buy one, and they let you choose your menu from any of their restaurants. You can fine a very good wine for a very reasonable price. Usually, wines are expansives in resorts. The winery is our best experience here with the steakhouse. The sommeliers Maximo and Juan will treat you as close friends. The Italian and Mediterranean are also exceptionals. The Asian restaurant was ok. THE STAFF : Simply unique. The strongest + for Paradisus Palma Real. They are kind, professionnals and very attentives. From security, the reception, bars, restaurants, housekeeping, …. We feel special and privileged with them ( and we were not in a upgrade) THE POOLS: We never experienced such beautiful pools … huge and for the most very peaceful HOUSEKEEPING AND REFILL OF THE FRIDGE : Always on target … perfect. THE GROUNDS : Clean and impeccables ++++ The Cons Our pool in front of The first building 9 was not maintained for the whole 10 days ??? Trying to get change for tips here is almost impossible. The experience at the hotel was fantastic. The accommodation was excellent, cleaned, organized. A lot of swimming pools available. The restaurants were amazing with a huge variety of food and drinks. The gym was amazing, new equipment, organized, good temperature. The crew was also very polite, respectful and support all the teime.

Incredible experience! Luis Arias, Antonio, and Brailenys were amazing servers throughout the entire weekend. Their service was outstanding, and they made our experience even more enjoyable. Thank you all for making it so special!
