Exceptional Experience

I came here with my boyfriend for a vacation and we had a wonderful time and it couldn’t have gone any better if it weren’t for our concierge Eriol. As soon as we arrived we upgraded to the reserve and Eriol helped us with anything and everything we needed and would even go out of his way to take care of our wants. We didn’t need to worry about a single thing because he took care of it all. All we needed to do was show up. He honestly made our trip better as a whole. His details and attention were exceptional. This was definitely the best week ever, so peaceful and relaxing. 10/10 recommend and will be back.

Amazing Visit to Paradisus Palma Real Golf & Spa Resort!

We recently spent a long weekend at Paradisus Palma Real and had an outstanding experience. We booked the Reserve level, and it was absolutely worth the upgrade for the exclusive VIP experience. The Reserve includes personalized concierge/butler service and access to exclusive amenities that truly elevate the stay. A special thank you to Gustavo, our personal butler, who went above and beyond throughout our trip. He was proactive, professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive to every detail. Gustavo secured reservations at some of the best and most exclusive restaurants, arranged our golf outings, booked a wonderful couples spa experience, and made sure everything ran seamlessly from start to finish. His exceptional service made our getaway feel effortless and truly special. It's rare to encounter someone so dedicated to creating memorable experiences for guests, and Gustavo exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend Paradisus Palma Real for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing escape. If you're considering a stay, we strongly suggest upgrading to the Reserve level—it adds a level of exclusivity, personalized service, and convenience that makes the vacation even more memorable. We can't wait to return!

Amazing Experience ????

Daughter took me to Punta Cana for Mother’s Day as our annual trip. The resort was everything noted. The grounds were pristine, staff friendly and accommodating. I had no idea there would be so much entertainment within the resort. The activities crew including Henry and the other guys were amazing. They made us feel welcome and included. They checked on us regularly to make sure we were having a great time. Our Concierge Eriol was fantastic. He was also very welcoming and hospitable. He planned our dinner reservations which removed the headache of choosing which restaurants we should try each night. He coordinated our transportation to the airport and also provided suggestions for activities without pressure. The main dining area had so much to choose from and everything we tried was delicious. Loved that I was able to have real food and not a bunch of fast foods. The spa was also great and area around the spa itself was so zen like The reserve side was perfect for resting and sleeping but the activities at the main pool is where we spent midday. Lots of activities to keep us busy. The Nespresso Cafe is perfect for midday pick me up. We were happy to watch the Knicks at the Sports Bar too! Lastly, the boutique has stylish attire and pretty accessories. We will definitely return

Disappointing Stay for a Special Occasion

We came to celebrate my father’s 80th birthday and unfortunately left feeling let down at nearly every turn. The resort credit coupons included with our package are misleading — you can’t actually use them without spending significantly more, which is never disclosed at booking. When we tried to apply them at the Italian restaurant, staff couldn’t process them on the spot. A team member named Jonathan promised to have the credits applied to our room the next morning. They weren’t, and we spent 20 minutes at the front desk being questioned about it before anyone helped us. The wristband tiering system creates a very transactional, unwelcoming atmosphere, and the constant emphasis on tipping added to the stress of what was supposed to be a relaxing family celebration. The in-room phones didn’t work at all, meaning every request required a trip to the lobby. Most disappointing of all — despite making it known this was a milestone birthday, nothing was done to acknowledge my father’s 80th. Not even a small gesture. We’re unlikely to return to a Meliá property. I hope management takes this feedback seriously.
