The name truly describes this hotel… an absolute paradise. Gorgeous beaches, amazing food choices(6 restaurants) professional, courteous staff, beautiful grounds, and great entertainment every night.

We had a wonderful time & would go back in a heart beat!! We stayed on the reserve side(adults only). From a smooth check in process to not having to think about any dinner plans, to a stress free checkout our concierge Yaleidi Sims made our trip one to remember!! We went for our honeymoon and it was the perfect resort for a relaxing time together. The resort was very clean, the staff were all very friendly, and pools & beach were breathtaking. Would highly recommend this resort!

We had an amazing girls trip at the Paradisus Palma Real. It was beautiful & very clean & spacious. Adriel, our concierge, was top notch! He was so attentive & helped us with anything we needed. He went above & beyond & was very friendly. He even decorated our friend's room for her birthday making it extra special. Raphael, our beach concierge, had our beach chairs set up every morning with fresh towels. He waited on us throughout the day. Cooper & Fernando with activities were so much fun. They taught us how to dance & were very personable & friendly. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this for your next vacation destination.

The resort is outstanding and our dedicated concierge Point of Contact Ana Azcona did an amazing job of keeping us informed of ongoing and upcoming events, restaurant reservations, and answered all of our questions.

The resort is beautiful and immaculate. The beach is beautiful and the restaurants were all very good. Our concierge Anayely took care of all our needs to perfection. She booked all our reservations and kept us up to date on all the activities available. On the beach we met a lovely young lady by the name of Yasmailin who went above and beyond every day to bring us drinks. When we arrived every day she brought us a bucket of water without us even asking and kept refilling it with ice. She always had a smile and was a pleasure to talk to. She works very hard on the beach but always has a smile. All the people here are very friendly. Can’t wait to return next year!
