I recently posted some reviews about my stay at Paradisus Punta Cana All Suites. Without taking anything away from what I have already written, I must say that if I have been able to endure — and continue to endure — this stay, especially considering that I will be leaving on August 31, it is thanks to an angel I met in this paradise: Miss Laura. She has done everything in her power to make up for the shortcomings I pointed out. She truly tried her very best, and I am deeply grateful to her. After all, I certainly cannot blame her for a structural problem that affects the hotel as a whole. Laura simply tried to compensate for the shortcomings and made it possible for my wife and me to also enjoy the facilities and services of another hotel belonging to the Meliá group. We are truly grateful to her for this. In the midst of a dark sky, a ray of light finally broke through, and for that, we owe her our sincere thanks. I am writing this review only after publishing my other reviews because the events I described there were real and deserved absolute priority. This review, however, is different: it is written out of gratitude and appreciation for a person who, despite the many shortcomings we encountered, did everything she could to help us and make our stay a little better.

Most amazing experience ever. We actually left a horrible resort early just to come to this resort. Delicious food. Amazing service. Great music, pools, amenities. We stayed in the Reserve with the swim out rooms. Spectacular.

Beautiful resort but pools closed early and you will be kicked out by security. If you have excursions set up beware that you might not even be able to enjoy the pool when you get back.
