Positives: Very well maintained property. Clean quiet rooms. The most amazing beach we have been to in the DR. Staff is friendly and very accommodating. A few who stood out were: - Luis and Victor at Celcius pool bar. - Francesca at the Flora restaurant - Ricki & Luciana at the buffet. Negatives: Misleading information on website: - Junior suite "Adults Only" is not adults only. No restaurants are adults Only unless you book the reserve. - Restaurants open time (24hrs) are not. Nothing open for coffee at 6am. The resort still rates a 5 even though I couldn't get my early coffee ??

The food was so terrible we lived off of lays chips in the mini bar. Many in our group got sick with stomach issues. The trip was so bad, we came back early and will never go back to the DR!

Very beautifully resort, did not feel crowded even when fully booked. No issues booking a la carte reataurants. Excellent buffet. Resort is ultra clean and great service. Not alot of action at night, perfect for families.

Adriel was the best concierge! Great service all around the resort but we really loved interacting with Raul at the beach. He was very attentive and just a great human being. We will be back. Thanks to everyone at the resort for a great vacation!

I really, really loved the experience at Paradisus Palma Real the Reserve! It was worth every penny, you get a really nice concierge (Our concierge Gustavo was the best! He helped us with all the booking, was very helpful and prompt whenever we needed anything), the food was amazing, you get to try multiple restaurants for dinner that is all inclusive as well. Love the ice cream at the Nespresso cafe. All the activities in this hotel was also so amazing and complete. The room, the service, the cleanliness, the amenities are all so great! I would 10/10 stay here again! So worth it everything!
