Gustavo took excellent care of us, from the time we arrived, to when we left. He checked in on us throughout the days as well as made reservations and answered any questions. He is a Godsend and a real asset to the Palma Real Resort.

My husband and I spent a week here in December 2025. The resort was absolutely amazing. The swim up room was perfect. Clean and well kept resort. My only complaint with the room were the noisy neighbors. They had a screaming child. We were thankful we had a master suite to be able to shut the door between our living area and bedroom. Beach was beautiful and also well kept. The service at our pool was great, exceeded our expectations. My second complaint was the buffet food always seemed to be cold. No matter what time I went, and the food was on heaters but still cold. Disappointing but would not keep me from staying here again. Hopefully the resort will be able to change something to keep that from happening. Also wanted to mention, the bell boys were the extremely helpful if you wanted to venture off like shopping.

Our vacation at Paradisus Palma Real was great! We stayed with Reserve status, which gave us bigger rooms, butler services, an exclusive restaurant, and a boat excursion. We especially appreciated the hospitality from Alam, who was our butler who helped us starting from checkin to making dinner reservations, informing us of daily activities, and making sure we had any problems addressed. He helped us get instant feedback for room maintenance requests and additional requests we had. The food at the resort overall was ok, but some days certain menus weren't available. We particularly recommend the italian trattoria. The beach in front of the resort was the best too!

Paradisus is a great resort! Wonderful people and great food. I would say our favorite place to eat was Flora (Dominican food). Our concierge, Emmanuel, is the best. He made sure to get us everything we needed throughout our stay. His response was very timely and he even though he wasn’t feeling well he fought through to be here for us. God bless that man. The rooms were okay, wish the shower was a bit bigger, but overall it had everything we needed. Overall a wonderful place to be for a resort. Emmanuel took the experience over the top. Please him a raise and promotion!

Gustavo. Everything was wonderful at the resort. The service, food and hospitality was excellent . Gustavo’s service was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and look forward to returning in the future. The pool and beaches we also so clean and maintained. This was all very excellent.
