Great location, beautiful resort, amazing beach, incredible pool, all you can eat food, well maintained resort, fantastic gym, attentive staff, great set-up, my family all had a memorable time. 9, 10, 12 and 15 year old (girls and boys) and my partner and I had an amazing time.

Excellent service, the food is amazing! Look for Stephania in Flora restaurant, Dominican food. Super nice hotel, lovely!!! The room is beautiful! Must try the cocktails and all of the restaurants! You will experience pampering and peace!

Stayed in Paradisus Grand Cana. Was able to eat at Palma Real Mas Calzone with my family of 12. Food and service was exceptionally great. Special mention to Fausto, our server and Milton. We will see you again, thank you very much from the Santos family

This is the best hotel I’ve been at in Punta Cana, facility wise. AC works great, great rooms, great beds and showers . The pool is big and nice, however note an average tall person will only be able to walk when you are at the stairs or at the pool bar, it is a very deep pool, not for children, and the water is not warm. This is my 4th trip to Punta Cana, and I’ve tried to upgrade to a better/more expensive hotel every time, however this year did not work out as expected. The food in this hotel buffet is AWFUL. I’m not only taking about quality and flavor, but also about the hygiene of this place. The floors behind every food counter we’re disgusting, they were as black as the black mármol Counters. I felt like asking someone to clean it. I could not share these concerns with a manager, because I didn’t see one there in the floor in my 6 nights stay. If you are a foodie like me, stay away from this hotel. Food is not labeled, and some staff “might” get upset when you ask what it is. Desert table is the poorest I’ve seen in Punta Cana, like 5 to 6 deserts the most, and you will only find 3 ice cream flavors, with no names, you will have to ask the flavors to the staff. Not to mention about the flies everywhere. What a disappointment, I will never stay at a Melia resort anymore.
