This was an amazing place to stay everything and everyone was top notch. The food was excellent the staff was amazing. The resort was so clean and had lots of spots to hang out and see entertainment. Never felt crowded loved this place.

We booked the Reserve section and it was all worth it! Service is 10/10. I recommend getting our destination concierge, Alam, was very helpful sending us daily schedule of activities, doing reservations for the restaurants and even preparing a bubble bath for us. Housekeeping was great as well especially for the turndown service and the minibar guy was really kind to fill our fridge lots of drinks especially bottled water and snacks. We mostly ate breakfast and lunch at Sante for their Ala cartes (they also have buffet) but the Lunchbox is great if you want a variety of options (cons: very crowded). The beach was wonderful as well, no problem getting loungers. I wished they would have food service and it would be perfect. The reserve section pools are very relaxing but we mostly used the adults only pool since they have swim up bar. We loved the complimentary hydrotherapy experience and the best part of the trip is the destination inclusive, yoga/ catamaran experience. I think this made the trip very worth it.

Alam was awesome! never a day we were not taken care off! from room service, dinner reservation, spa and destination excursion was take care off!!

The Kanna Beach Club was amazing! Phenomenal service especially from Alan who was working the cabanas all day.
