Went there for one week with my wife and two kids with a 5 day overlap with our friends and their kids Highly recommend the upgrade to platinum club. Comes with multiple extra amenities including a self serve bar in every lobby (great for baileys in the coffee, and beer/pop/water for your room) delicious snacks like fresh sandwiches, and pastries. And best of all a butler service every day! We were assigned with Leo and Orlando. These guys are on point with everything from stocking your fridge any time to setting you up with transportation to attractions, etc. Two thumbs up for these guys. Very hard working and respectful. All in all, this place is a dream. It’s the first resort we’ve been where the pool is busy yet the workers make sure the chair hold rule is implemented so there’s always an option to move to shade. The group of us all agree…this place is highly recommended! Can’t wait to go back. And a shout out to Orlando and Leo especially. Thanks for everything boys!

Had an amazing vacation at Hotel marina El Cid!! 10/10 would definetly come back again. The food and customer service from all the workers was excellent. We loved Koho restaurant the best!! Another amazing thing about this Resort is the butler service. Our butlers names were Samuel, Alex and Erik and they were all amazing. Whether you need help getting around the resort or just have questions, they are quick to respond and help you out. It was my girlfreinds birthday and our butler Samuel even took the extra step to decorate our room and leave a cake for her which we appreciated alot. So thank you and I recommend this resort to everyone!!

We just returned from our week stay at Marina El Cid. We had a wonderful time. The resort is awesome and always has some sort of entertainment going on. This was our first time at an all inclusive resort and we had many food and drink options available at any time. Our butler Luis and his team with Alma and Abraham were there to help out with all accommodations and answered any questions we had came up. They even surprised us and decorated our room for our 10 year anniversary. This meant so much and we really appreciated it. Thank you!

Excellent vacation! Wonderful accommodations, friendly staff, evening entertainment, amenities, restaurants, pools, spa, and great butler service. We will definitely be returning!

Hotel Marina El CID was Wonderful! We were a group of 8. The grounds & lush Gardens are beautiful. The pools were a bit chilly, but the hot tubs were awesome. We ate at Kobo, La Marina seafood, the Italian, & the French. They were ALL so wonderful. It’s hard to pick my favorite, but I absolutely loved the seafood soup that was served in a bread bowl at the Italian. We ordered one extra entrée at La Marina because we all shared the delicious Panko shrimp. Friendly staff all around, the bartender (Lisa?) at the swing bar right before you head to the marina area made the best dirty monkeys with real bananas, so delish! You don’t tire of being there because you can use all of the properties, we watched a football game on one of the two rooftop bars over at Ventus Ha & The bartender brought us shot after shot after shot. We finally said no Mas, but it sure was fun.
