Just arrived and I have to say not overly impressed at this point. Check in was nicer in the standard check in as apposed to the Ultimate Vacation Club. One of the rooms was not ready which was super inconvenient, the windows over looking the pool are extremely dirty, and the beach chairs are stained and full of bird droppings. The beach food was terrible with food without any condiments and not favourable at all. Hoping the rest of the resort is much better! Not sure what I signed up for here but,..

Such an amazing experience at Dreams, our first time in Mexico and a perfect experience. All the staff were so friendly, could do enough for you! Sebastian and the entertainment are amazing too, something for everyone! A huge selection of cocktails and food, could ask for anything more!

Excellentayyy! Sebastian and all the staff throughout! Good energy and naturally funny. Can't do enough for you. Felt at ease and comfortable all the time.

The STAFF were AMAZING!! They were all just so pleasant and enjoyable! The FOOD!! We had read some unfavorable reviews of the food, but that was not the case! We all enjoyed lovely meals! We LOVED Oceana, Gohan and Portofino! My only suggestion is that they up their maintenance a bit. We were very comfortable, enjoyed the food, the shows, the pools-but mostly the STAFF!

Talia at Amstar Dreams Aventuras was extremely professional and informative!! Such a wonderful experience! Talia was super helpful getting us set up with our transfer pickup!! Made our life easy and was very knowledgeable about the area. Will definitely go through Amstar again!!
