Ok, but never do preferred again due to difference in price. Food was good, but not much variety at buffet. Beds and pillows very comfy. Drinks were good. I think we tried every color of the Rainbow.

Exellent resort for couples with kids! Staff was very helpful and the beach was amazing! Would not pick this resort for a bachelor or bachelorett as it is taylored for families with young children, and it was perfect for what we wanted!

Lucia, Guadalupe and William made our spa experience one of a kind! All of the staff went above and beyond to make everything perfect.

Horrible service, housekeeping entered the rooms without knocking, we did not have a hair dryer, they rarely left towels after cleaning the room, and it was hard to get a drink at any bar.

The overall experience was disappointing. The food quality was consistently below expectations, and service often felt conditional—staff seemed noticeably less attentive unless tips were given. The hotel itself felt closer to a three-star standard rather than what was advertised. The Preferred Club, in particular, did not add value; service there was even less welcoming, and the food quality was equally underwhelming throughout. Additionally, we were pulled into what turned out to be a timeshare presentation that took up nearly half of our day. We specifically asked beforehand whether it was a timeshare and were told it was not, which made the experience even more frustrating. It also felt difficult to leave once it had started.
