Angel was wonderful in keeping our room cleaned, also loved the little surprises of Pringle’s and M&M’s! Jesus did great and super nice checking us in! Antonio was super friendly in checking us out! Ruth and Carla helped tremendously with our 2 excursions Javier was great helping my sister and her friend with timeshare although she wasn’t happy with them keeping her 30 minutes passed the 1.5 time limit. Cristol, Rosario with the hydrotherapy and massage were AMAZING!!! What a wonderful relaxing experience!!! Ok so we all felt like the alcohol was very weak, even when we asked for a double shot. Sure hope you’re not diluting the bottles?? All staff was extremely friendly and willing to help if we had questions.

All great except need guacamole more available all of the time, room 316 was really loud until 1AM!! Not happy about that all!!! Julio and Antonio were the BEST! also our housekeeper was GREAT, Yolanda. Got a call after midnight last night asking what time to pick up our luggage in our room. Javier was super nice but the"time share" people at Secrets kept me 30 more minutes AFTER I Told them their time was up! Napoli at El Patio was great!! Rosario at the spa was wonderful, the hydrotherapy and massage were amazing! All staff were always friendly, smiling, and helpful.

Great resort! Bar and entertainment staff were so friendly and helpful! Antonio at check in was very attentive and informative had a swim out room - highly recommended! Food and choice was great. Everything was what we expected. So fun! Look forward to our next visit.

Pick another hotel, you can get much more for your money elsewhere. The breakfast and lunch at the buffet are horrible. The specialty restaurants are good, don't require a reservation and you don't have to wait much for them. The beach is not good.

This location is a true gem. It is a smaller property but has many things to offer which others dont. The man made pool and the reef for the beach are incredibly calm and filled with beautiful fish and 0 algae! The other nice part is the fact that you are in a community which offers a beautiful city center, with many shops, restaurants and dolphins! It is a very safe location The beauty of this hotel is the staff. They all go above and beyond to ensure your stay is memorable. Always smilling and always ready to help or accommodate. There is not one staff member who didnt meet this high standard. Although they were all honestly incredible, i would like to mention a few: Salvadore waiter at the sugar reef bar is a real gem. Always personable and happy to greet you. Rodolfo bar tender at the sugar reef has an incredible memory and is very customer focused. Adolbertho from the preffered pool swim ip bar is amazing, order once and he remebers your drink for other times, wow! Paulette from vip services ensured our stay was memorable and she followed up/ ensured this on many occasions Anita from coco cafe is just wow! She makes the best coffee and is always smiling and happy to be there! Antonio from the chrckout desk also ensured our experience was upto par and helped us out. The rooms are always clean, the food was always delicious, and the drinks were upto par! Honestly once again, all the staff at tgis location deserve a special thank you as they all strive for perfection and ensure the wow factor Try this location, you wont be disappointed! We werent ??
