Love the fun time and yours we did, the rooms were ok. We loved the pool and safe beach. It was nice that it was so safe being in a secured city gated compound. This wonderful lady was so kind and kept is safe amd always helped with tips and a good time. Thank u edi

We returned yesterday from the Dreams Avenuras. We were looking for a smaller resort. Overall this met our expectations. At our age (60's), food is most important. It did not disappoint. All of the a la carte dinners had great food. The Italian and Oceana were our favorites. The buffet was open for breakfast and lunch and had the usual items. Evening entertainment exceeded my expectations. The shows were fabulous. The rooms were large...bed comfortable, but pillows were horrid, lumpy things. There was only 1 pool for the non preferred and it was so shallow. I'm short and water level was between my waist and bust. As with all resorts, there ate never enough chairs. We always had difficulty finding a place to sit and not once found a place by the pool. Often we would sit apart if we found one seat...hunt for the other. There is space to add more loungers. I was glad that we tried the Dreams brand and would definitely try another one in the future.

We had an amazing experience at the kids club “Explorers club” in this hotel. The service from the girls, Nubia, Patty, Mariana, and Anahí, was exceptional, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Our kids had a blast with the well-equipped facilities and engaging activities. Their attention to safety and the fun environment they created made it a highlight of our stay. Highly recommend for families looking for a fantastic kid's program during their vacation.

This resort was exceptional. The food was outstanding. The preferred option is a must, although know that it is not an adults only pool. Paulina was wonderful by the pool. Hector, Jorge, and Daniel were thw best waiters. We left the resort and walked the marina, which is the home of dolphin discovery. You can see all the dolphins, there are shops and restaurants.

Our 9 day vacation at Dreams Aventuras Riviera Maya was amazing! The food was great, the service was fast and the staff were wonderful. One staff member in particular went out of his way to make our stay incredible. Sebastian had our family laughing, dancing at the beach and playing games and activities by the pool. He was a big help when it came to finding our way around the resort and told us about great attractions to check out. People like that are what make your stay a little extra special!
