Loved every minute!

Best Holiday Ever!!! From the moment we arrived to the time we left we couldn’t have asked for a better holiday. Facilities and team were exceptional at every point. Special shout out for Jesus and Jorge who worked the preferred pool area and who my son now idolises. Couldn’t have asked for a better holiday and we’ll definitely be returning. We stayed in a preferred room with a swim up pool And would recommend for anyone thinking of staying with young children as it gave us a lot more options in the peak heat of the day to keep our 4 year old out of the sun while still having the time of his life. Food and drink were great - particularly enjoyed Portofino and Oceana more than once on our trip.
Screaming brats

Hyatt recently changed this resort to include couples with kids. We paid extra to stay at the privilege area dictionary which formerly had been relaxing and quiet. This trip there were many people with smaller children who were constantly screaming jumping splashing bothering the bartenders and so forth. They have the family pool for that purpose. Since our complaints were essentially Hyatt's new policy there was nothing that staff could do including Is speaking to the parents of these children. I will not return to this resort again

Great resort for family and friends rooms are nice staff is nice can’t complain a lot to do near the resort as well if you wanted to check out local shops and restaurants in the area. Hotel staff is also very accommodating would definitely recommend to friends and family
Beware of “VIP” package

Service was nice Alberto was friendly. However, I didn’t expect to be rused to attend a travel sales presentation in order to get spa credits as it was sold to me as being “included” with my package. But my family and I were sent to a different resort to experience aggressive sales pitch for a travel membership. Because of this I wouldn’t return to this particular resort.
More of a hotel than all inclusive

We stayed here for a wedding. This was the first all inclusive I stayed at and was not impressed. The room smelled musty when we walked in and the AC was off. Turned the AC on and it seems like it was more of a fan running than anything. The food was not good- especially the breakfast buffet. The only good dish I had were the short ribs at the steakhouse. My partner’s ribeye was not cooked medium rare and was more chewy. The drinks were average, nothing special. The beach wasn’t a beach. It was more of a lagoon. They wanted to charge you to upgrade to the premiere side which only gets you a private pool access and more breakfast options. The rooms didn’t come with a steamer or hairdryer. The only thing that seemed ‘clean’ each day were the made beds. No new towels etc. On the last day all of our clothes in the room were damp- not sure if it was from the rain the night before or the not working AC. I won’t be staying here again on my own. Not worth the price for the 3 nights and mediocre experience. I was quite disappointed.
