Best trip ever!! With had the chance to be FC! And we had the chance to have Carlos as our concierge! If you have the chance to have carlos your stay will be even better! He always on your side taking care of you ??! The hotel is PERFECT staff is amazing! Will go back for sure!

Please do a favor and skip this one. This is overrated for the price. There are raccoon infestation and they will hurt you, you wont be able to enjoy even few minutes by the pool, they will be all over you, eating your food, unless you want to get sick, you wouldnt book in this place. Dining reservations are hard to get, they will deny you no matter how early you show up. Buffet is just one restaurant and its limited in options. Rooms were flooded, and even after 3 calls no one showed up. Drinks were watered down. Lowest quality you could get.

This is our second time at Paradisus Playa del Carmen, and each time is better than the last! Everything was spectacular from the room, to the service, the food, facilities, entertainment and everything in between. Our Family Concierge Paola made our stay extra special by ensuring we get the best room, the best restaurant booking times, spa, cenotes tour, etc. She communicated swiftly with attentiveness, always keeping us in the know about the activities and answering all of our questions. We loved the perks and gifts of the Family Concierge tier, and highly recommend it to anyone trying to decide whether to book or not. It’s worth it! Jose took good care of us at the pool, making sure we were hydrated and fed throughout the day. The staff at the Lunch Box were all amazing. Highly recommend this hotel! Pro tip: book your room directly from the Melia site as it usually offers better deals and customer support than a travel agency. Register for Melia Rewards for free and look for extra perks sent to you on your birthday. Book your airfare and transfer separately, as well.

This was an amazing vacation. Grisey was an excellent server all week at the celsius bar. Service was prompt and readily available. I highly recommend staying in her section!
