Neat and confortable place, good for family time and business events. Nice service from their employees very patient with a lot of courtesy. Very good Services in all of their attentions

As a family of 8 with 6 adults 2 child 6 and 2 This is by far the nicest hotel we have ever stayed at! The place is stunning the pool are warm the food was incredible and the staff were so attentive. Mini bar was re filled every day all included they have a full ice cream bar , ice lolly’s for kids ! The staff made our stay extra special every day when our children came back to the room there was a new surprise waiting for them. You could order room service once a day all included ! The only thing which was a slight shame was the seaweed which happenes at this time of year and no fault to the hotel of course but we still had a wonderful time on the beach!

We just got back from a 14-night stay. This was our 70th Melia stay and our arrival welcome couldn't have been better. Over 30 team members and management welcomed us along with Mariachis. Our room was amazing...it was a Master Suite overlooking the quiet area. Our stay in The Reserve area of La Perla was perfect. Our concierge, Eduardo, always takes excellent care of us. He anticipates any need we may have and knows what we like. We spend our days at The Reserve pool, and they are made very enjoyable by Topher, Alfredo, and Jairo. Life at Paradisus wouldn't be the same without them! ?????? We usually have breakfast and lunch each day at Hadar. We always sit in Ismael and Sandy's area. They are a great team, and we love them. Their service is top notch. We also want to give a shout-out to Renau at Sante. He is a great person and always provides excellent service. We would begin our evenings at the M-Bar with Nancy or Mago. They, too, know our likes. We have known them for many years. Julian, the captain at SAL and Viridiana, the captain at Lemon Fish, would come over to say hi and welcome us. They always made us feel special. We celebrated my birthday at SAL and had a wonderful dinner. Our servers, Germain and Humberto were great. We also ate another evening at SAL and Adrian and Jazil also made our dinner enjoyable. The sommelier, Gabriel, made recommendations both nights for a nice bottle of wine. Lemon Fish is one of our favorite restaurants. We had the pleasure of having Edy, Jaime, and Marco as our servers. They would go out if their way to any special request we had. Rebeca, the captain at Cappella, is a good friend. She looked after us at both Cappella and Cielo. At Cappella, David and Carlos were our waiters. We really enjoyed their service. At Cielo, Guadalupe, was our server and recommended some tasty dishes. Tokimeku is one of our favorite restaurants. Chef Alberto recognizes us and prepares a beautiful platter of sushi rolls and sashimi/niguiri. Our servers who provided excellent service were: Eleazar, Luis, and Adolfo. We ate at Flora a few times and enjoyed the service of Maria and Carlos. Bersai is the captain and he remembered us from past stays. He gave us a nice warm welcome and chatted with us. Each Melia stay, we like to recognize an individual that works very hard and receives little to no recognition from guests. Antonio, who is in charge of pool maintenance, keeps the pools very clean. He scrubs the pool tiles, vacuums the pool, etc., every morning and with a smile. He greets us by calling us by name when we see him. A few nights after dinner, we would go to Twe12lvet for ice cream. What a great way to end the night. You may ask, "Why do you continue to go back"? The answer is easy: great people, great service, and a great management team. Loyalty pays off!

Everything was great in Family concierge for us. Johnathan our concierge is absolutely amazing and professional. No complaints on the staff, drinks, food and coffees. The beach isn’t the greatest as lots of weeds but still enjoyed a few time as the servers were great and the water was warm. Just not breathtaking beach. Pools were a bit dirty on the swim out. Not a deal breaker but could get more attention. Overall great resort but don’t go if you don’t want to be surrounded by kids. Or book adults only. The resort is full of kids from babies and up.

Dinner at Cappella for the second night this week and it was absolutely delicious. Big thank you to Chef Salvador for a 5 star dinner. Wow! Great Italian meal. Recommend the carpaccio and linguini Alfredo with prawns.
