Visited Paradisus Playa del Carmen for a family all inclusive vacation. After visiting a few other resorts in the area, would recommend and recommend again and again visiting this resort. Our concierge (Jonathan) words can't describe how amazingly courteous and truly valued he was and is to our family. Made us feel like we were the only family there, even thou i know how many other guests I'm sure he treated the same. A valuable member to Paradisus Playa del Carmen and one of a kind concierge and for a resort chain like Melia, he stands above all. Rene from the Lunch box bar was always quick to greet us by name and with my families exact order ready at the bar, and shows that he cares and has pride in his work. All in all, for a full family experience with something for all ages, our family will return and so should yours.

One of the best experiences in the Caribbeans. Starting with Andres, who went out of his way to make the kids experience a magical one to Alberto who made every hour of the day a fun and entertaining one, we highly recommend a stay at this wonderful resort!

Florencia is the nicest waitress in Riviera Maya. Great experience and looking forward my coffee and nice conversation every morning. Thanks for make my stay the best. We enjoyed a lot with my family and have had one of the best holidays ever.

Shoutout to Wuliam and Nely! Just wanted to give a big shoutout to Wuliam and Nely, our favorite bartenders! These two are absolute legends behind the bar. Every time we swing by, they greet us with a smile and whip up the most amazing drinks. Seriously, their positive vibes and top-notch service make every visit a blast. Even when it's packed, they handle it like pros, making sure everyone feels welcome and taken care of. And let's talk teamwork – they're like a well-oiled machine back there. Always helping each other out and keeping the vibe upbeat. So, cheers to Wuliam and Nely for being rock stars behind the bar! They're a huge part of what makes this place feel like home. We were staying with our family (kids 9,7,4 ) we loved the hotel and all the activities they organise. Our girls loved the piñata workshop given bij Alberto. There is a lot to do and the personal concierge is amazing and makes it really luxury.
