We had an amazing family/wedding anniversary trip. Love was super nice and clean. Everybody that worked out it was amazing. Our room was spacious. The thing that made our trip extra great was our personal concierge. Cynthia Delgado provided extra exceptional service to our family. She made us feel extra special with all her personal touches. We would love to come back to this resort.

Everything was excellent. No complaints. The resort is beautiful and you really don’t need to go anywhere else to have a good time. The food was delicious. We loved all the restaurants. Very kid friendly place as well. We had a great time and hope to return soon.

We have stayed at several all inclusive resorts, especially in Mexico and this resort is one our favorites. We stayed in a Family Swim Up Concierge Suite and the room was beautiful. We loved having access to the pool and the beach. The Family Concierge pool was also amazing. Our concierge, Cynthia Delgado, was awesome!!! She let us know of the events happening around the resort, created special memories for our son and checked on us daily. The best concierge we have ever had! We will certainly be back! Also, Miguel at the Concierge Beach section was amazing. He made sure we had a great time at the beach and he is exceptional at his job.

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Eduardo, our concierge with The Reserve (absolutely worth it by the way) was incredible, and super helpful and made our trip super stress free. The room was perfect, the only thing that happened with our room was there was a bug that crawled out of the nespresso pods when my girlfriend was looking through them lol. I don’t blame them as this hotel is very nature forward, so that is almost to be expected. Besides that the room was extremely clean. The noise was ok, the sound proofing in the room isn’t fantastic as there is a gap at the bottom of the door and the floor. We could hear a few things being dropped outside of our room. Speaking of, we noticed after we had our room service ordered, they had taken the plates and silverware out, and at some point something had knocked it all over and there was shattered ceramic plates all over the floor in the hallway. Might have been the Coatis that run around lol. Not a huge issue for us, but it’s recommended to wear shoes or flip flops when you walk around. Besides those few hiccups, we couldn’t have asked for a better trip. Lorenzo and Alexia at the reserve swim up pool bar were incredible bar tenders and you could really tell they enjoy what they do. The location of the resort is ok. Outside of the resort isn’t the nicest area around, but the resort itself feels super safe and I never even had a second thought while I was on property.

Just got back from an amazing stay at la Perla ! We booked a reserve suite and highly recommend it. The experience was more than we hoped for , our concierge Roberto Vada took care of everything from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. He made our dinner reservations , made sure we had a cabana at the pool and decorated our room for our anniversary. All of the staff were incredible and attentive , the food was delicious and the facilities were stunning. This resort is truly paradise . We will be back
