Lovely resort - very well kept and staff were friendly and helpful. We loved how our room had a sliding door to separate children’s/adult section. Whirlpool bath on the balcony was an added bonus! My kids loved the waterparks/pools too. Food was great but allergy labelling was inconsistent (my daughter is gluten free and wasn’t always clear what food was gf)

Such an amazing resort for families! Blue Agave was probably my favorite and im.sad i didnt diacover it until pur last night. George the chef came by our table and thanked us for coming in when we were really the grateful ones for the service. Eduardo was an amazing server and made great recommendations and also allowed us to make substitutions. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and warm.

Great food, Carlos arroniz was our waiter and he was a gentlemen throughout the whole meal. Would highly recommend

Paradisus has been amazing. Food at the blue agave was tasty and the service by Carlos Arroniz was great. He was very helpful with making vegan arrangements for my wife. Angel from guest services was always around to support us when we needed. Erika from family concierge was always putting us on to great things to do and was extremely helpful throughout the trip. So much to do with your family. Highly recommend.

The Nespresso córner was great and we thoroughly enjoyed it! Florencia was wonderful there as well as Dafne in the reception area of the family side was wonderful and really went the extra mile to make sure that we were comfortable. The rooms in the adults side The Reserve are a very nice upgrade from the family side. If you can afford it , it is worth it, so much quieter and peaceful.
