We had an excellent time. The resort is beautiful, our swim out suite was fantastic. The family concierge was excellent and very worth while, Erika went above and beyond to make the experience special for our family and in particular our daughter. The food is above average for an all inclusive, in particular we enjoyed the Bana family both for Al La carte and teppanyaki. We will be back to Paradisus!

Paradisus Playa del Carmen was a wonderful resort for us, our adult children and our grandchildren! Our positive experience was greatly enhanced by having a stellar personal concierge, Miriam Ortiz. Ms Ortiz was attentive, responsive, pleasant, and professional at all times.

We have been in this hotel 3 times and the service, experience, activities have been always amazing. The food is delicious a lot of variety. The place is beautiful, the people working here is super nice, Antonio our concierge has been amazing always with presents for all and surprises for my little one. The activities for the kids led by the entertainment team have been great. I’m pretty sure the Kidsdome is awesome however since the kids need to enter alone my son didn’t want to go, so just as a recommendation will be nice if there are board games you can borrow to play with the kids or things for painting or in general more activities trough out the day that parents can do with the kids.

Amazing place great food great service

We had a wonderful stay at Paradisus Playa del Carmen. The resort is beautiful, the food was great, and there were plenty of activities for the whole family. A special thank you to Tiara Garcia from the Family Concierge for her excellent service. She took care of our dinner reservations, helped us plan activities, and arranged some fun surprises for our kids that made our trip even more memorable. She was always attentive, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great vacation. Thank you, Tiara, for helping make our stay so enjoyable!
