With a different restauarant to try every night, we got to go on a fancy date every night of our week long honeymoon. The concierge we got with our reserve benefits gave us ease throughout our trip! Eduardo was awesome and very caring.

Florencia at the coffee shop was wonderful! They were all so kind and accommodating! The coffee was also very very good!!! My daughter loved the pastries as well!!

We enjoyed every moment. We have never had a holiday where we have spent so much time on the resort before, however we didn’t want to leave. The experience was made so special because of all of the wonderful staff. Everyone was attentive without being pushy. We would especially like to thank Florencia and Adriana from the coffee shop, every morning was made a bit brighter with the warm welcome and huge smile.

We had a wonderful time. The rooms are amazing and the food options were much better than we imagined for an all inclusive. A very special shout out to Carlos and ESPECIALLY Ernesto who worked the breakfast and dinner shift while we were there. So utterly amazing!!!! They made us feel like we were at “home”. These gentlemen go above and beyond. Hadar is lucky to have them on staff.

After our beautiful fall Michigan wedding, the quick flight to Cancun, and shuttle to the Paradisus La Perla, we were instantly met with extremely gracious and kind staff members. We definitely recommend upgrading to Reserve, as Carlos (our concierge) was fantastic, and the private beach and pool run by Alfredo was perfect. Drinks, food, you name it he was on top of making sure it got to us quickly. It also included a reservation at the great Sal’s Steakhouse, a quick Cénote excursion, and hydrotherapy. Although we were there for 10 days, we thoroughly enjoyed the variety of meals with our favorite being the Asian Experience. We aren’t repeat travelers but this resort is one we would definitely consider.
