Another wonderful two weeks at my favorite resort Manual and Are were my butlers They were available when I needed them. They helped make the trip perfect Between reservations the second week and golf cart rides to the different restaurants, they were great. Sarah and nu in platinum at Ventus Paulina and Mary and Selene in platinum marina always make me feel at home. Looking forward to seeing everyone in February.

Abraham is the best! We had such a memorable experience. He treated us like we were the only ones at the pool and gave great recommendations as well as drinks. They all tasted great. 10/10 experience thanks to Abraham! Would come back over and over again.

Are (pronounced R EEE) and Manuel were awesome as butlers for our 1st experience at El Cid. They accomplished things for us we had no idea about, being very helpful and super quick with responses. Thanks for a fabulous experience. Made it so much better since the weather was not super cooperative. Rain and very windy - likely due to storm Sara that was passing by. Despite imperfect weather, the food and service were better than I expected. Lots of fresh fruit and veggies helped make us happy.

The place was amazing and the food was really good too. There are lots of quiet areas during the day, with an option for a more fun and party like atmosphere pool as well. The room service is 24/7 and the cleaning services are fantastic! The place is really clean and the staff is very friendly. You have to go to The Ruf to see Abraham and Santos, they make the best drinks, however you need to be careful because they love to share the 16 specialty shots that they have.

Easy Check in we did not do the presentation but we did pay a small upgrade and were treated to an excellent room with pool and ocean right out the ground floor patio. Restaurants food was 3 star but acceptable. Private butler service did a great job.
