The vacation was truly amazing. My girlfriend and I had an awesome time, and our butlers Gonzo and Enrique were truly fantastic.

Excellent resort with tremendous service. India and Roger provided great service. And India went over and above. We will definitely go back.

A huge bait and switch environment! Unless you agree to sit at least 1.5 hours for a sales pitch to become a member, you GET NOTHING! We had pre-purchased an upgrade (platinum level at $500) and never received any benefit. Additionally, since we refused to sit for the sales pitch, we had to pay $60/per device for wifi. Further, because we declined the membership, we were only able to get a dinner reservation 1 night (5 night stay). And, good luck getting a golf cart to take you anywhere.... So in the end, we left after 2 days even though a 5 day stay was paid! DON'T GO!
