This was our first trip to Ventus at Marina El Cid and definitely plan on returning! The resort is beautiful, the rooms are lovely, comfortable and clean. The property is well looked after, and all staff about the property are incredibly helpful and friendly. The food was excellent, we really enjoyed the numerous selections and quality. We upgraded to the platinum package and what a treat! We could have not asked for better service than was provided by our butlers Hugo, Noah and Luis. Exceptionally helpful, genuinely kind young men! What a pleasure to have met you. This resort is lucky to have these gentlemen representing them. Thank you for your service and hospitality!! What a wonderful vacation you helped make for us! Will definitely recommend!!

Are experience was amazing and Luis was a great person to work with!!

We had a great time at Ventus. Our butlers (Erik and Leopold) in the Premier Club were a highlight for sure. Our son was loving the juice boxes and we actually ran out so we asked them to get a couple extra and they truely went above and beyond by bringing us 4- 1L juices to spilt between 2 rooms.

What we loved: -lavender pillows -pools -Amazing food -beautiful rooms -beautiful lanscaping -awesome staff (shout out to Jesus, David, Alberto) Only downfall is the beach which is sub par.

Two of my favorite parts of the resort are the “food court” DOLORES, which gives about then varieties of food options starting at noon. And I’d would like to give acknowledgment to staff butlers Luis and Noah, pleasant and present to assist at any time.
