Terrible we will never return! The food was terrible and our room was dirty. The beach is under construction and nasty. The pictures of the resort are very misleading! Do not go here if you want relax
Beautiful, plenty of entertainment, food and drinks!

Every part of this resort is beautiful and well-kept. Staff is welcoming and wonderful. We were astounded by the quality of spa and messages. Food choices is sometimes overwhelming for breakfast and lunch buffets, dinner is never disappointing with different restaurants to pick from. The catamaran and snorkel adventure off the reef was so beautiful and exciting. So much to do or just relax and sit on the beach or poolside. We did a bit of both and really had a great time for 5 days!
My favorite get away ??

This resort is fantastic, the staff, food and overall experience is always a wonderful time. Butlers, Are and Manuel make you feel like family and provide all the extras needed to make your vacation phenomenal. The wait staff are also exceptional! Angel and Araceli take great care of us ?? and assure that we have everything we need. I would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and pampering vacation. 10/10

We had a great time! It was our first time in Mexico and we loved the resort, the people and the food! The rooms were nice and there was a couple things you can pick to do at night which was fun! There was something to do everywhere.
Fantastic first all inclusive experience

This was our first family all inclusive resort that happened just by chance as our initial plans to travel to British Columbia and Alberta got cancelled due to the wild fire situation mainly in BC and boy were we pleasantly surprised with this one. This property has 3 resorts (Marina El Cid, Ventus and Ventus Ha, guests can access facilities at any of the properties, we stayed at the Ventus. The pools were plenty and each one of them were equally good for various reasons, the main pool at the Marina El CID was full of action with dance sessions, Zumba and other activities. The main pool at 'Ventus' was quieter and also had an adults only infinity pool. The main pool at 'Ventus Ha' was much smaller and quieter than the two main pools, so its good for days when you want to just relax. The beach area was good but we did not notice any guests possibly due to sea weed but it was hardly noticeable. There are around 7 restaurants around the 3 properties each having a specific dining cuisine served each night, the quality of the food was very good and the variety was excellent. On two nights they had a food theme night to celebrate the Mexico independence day and the other was Asian fusion night.....so overall the food including the buffet served during lunch hours was good. Drinks and alcohol were served at each of the restaurants, however some premium alcohol was excluded from the all inclusive menu There were evening shows around the property mainly that you could spend around 30 mins to an hour and those were different on each day, the quality of shows on the cruise ship is definitely better but it was entertaining overall. The staff hospitality at the property was wonderful, they were always courteous and willing to help so that we could have a good time. We also celebrated our younger daughters 13th birthday, the staff had decorated her room and she was surprised to receive a birthday cake and chocolates. We would definitely recommend this place for families with kids, it turned out very well in the end.
