Wonderful resort that never disappoints! Excellent service (Cali and Manuel were fantastic butler staff) and resort has always been extremely well maintained. Love the new restaurant additions and the pickle ball court. It is always a joy to come back!

The resort was very clean and beautiful Our conceive Berenice was amazing, from keeping in touch with us before we left home with travel & airport safety tips to helping with details throughout our stay Our butlers David & Jesus were very attentive with our every need and request! The rooms at this hotel are spacious clean and well maintained. The food selection is varied with quite a few different restaurants on the property. The quality of the food is average but the service was excellent. We stayed for 6 nights and upgraded to Platinum status which entitles you to some extra amenities one of which is butler service. Our butler's (two shared coverage) Leo and Erik were readily available to answer our questions,assist in getting reservations at the restaurants and making sure that our stay was excellent. The weather was perfect and the pool temperature was cool but not cold. Entertainment and activities are provided every night. Staying at the Ventus property allows you access to the other Ventus property (Ventus Ha) which is lovely. The beach has a seaweed issue but you are warned about this before so its no surprise. All the staff makes you feel valued and welcome, but Leo and Erik went a step further and made us want to return sooner. A lovely vacation at a very reasonable cost. We'll done Ventus!
