Beach is wonderful and the staff are even better! Jesus and Brandon, Caro, Leo, Willy, Laura, Hazel are very friendly! Mia on the dance team is so cool!

We enjoyed our vacation mainly because we were celebrating a birthday and we were 17 family members together. Check in was fine and our room was nice and clean, air conditioning worked well. This resort is on the smaller side but it made it easier to get around. The buffet dining room is not air conditioned and we found it incredibly hot in there. We were only allowed to make 2 dinner reservations for the a la carte restaurants which was disappointing to say the least, this is based on the number of nights you have booked, (we had 5 nights booked for two rooms). The loungers on the beach are placed so close together it’s almost impossible to sit unless you scoot up from the bottom. The pools were really nice and we enjoyed the quieter pool section. We loved some of the free activities such as a catamaran ride and bow and arrow target shooting. Drinks were ok and food was good, we absolutely loved the cafe on site which opened around 7am until 7pm I think. We enjoyed the nightly shows. Mexico is now smoke free so on the hotel grounds there are two designated smoking areas which are too small for all the smokers, and no smoking on the beach or on your room balcony. This is not the hotel’s fault.

Great Hotel. The rooms are clean, the staff is motivated. The Kids Club was the best we have ever seen. The amount of effort the staff put in to entertain the Kids was amazing. Thanks to Daniela, Melissa, Karina, Sofia and Ximena! Also thanks to Omar from the Cosmopolita Restaurant for his outstanding service.

sargassum horrible, ruins whole beach experience, how long until this gets better? Compensation should be provided back to those who expect a beach holiday to actually be able to swim in the sea
