Amazing Hotel

One of the best hotels I've been to. The staff was extremely friendly. My son has a gluten allergy and both the restaurant and room service were very diligent in making sure that there would be no cross-contamination. The overall atmosphere and vibe were amazing. I would highly recommend this place.

The experience at this hotel restored my faith in the service industry. From the positive outlook shared by the baggage valet to the accommodating flexibility of the front desk, this crew seemed to truly enjoy their jobs and wanted to earn our return business. GENUINE OLD SCHOOL CUSTOMER SERVICE. This place is a gem.
More to a luxury hotel than just a view

Uncomfortable beds, lack of anticipatory customer service, a steamer so clogged it spewed hard water chunks and ruined my clothes, no housekeeping service for our entire stay unless we asked for it. We were served tofu after giving prior notice of a soy allergy, then told by the chef “there’s no soy sauce so it’s safe.” (P..S. Tofu literally IS soybean.) A great view can’t make up for these errors. I paid $2000 for three nights and expected a better experience than I’d have gotten at a motel 6. No Hyatt property gets my business, never again.

The Seabird customer service was unparalleled. From the valet to the front desk to the restaurants, every interaction I had was positive. I would definitely recommend staying here.
