My wife and I and our best friend visited the Royalton Hicacos from May 4 to 11, 2024. We had been here many years ago when it was a Sandals resort and that was a reason for going there again. From arrival to leaving, this resort and its staff took care of all our needs. We had a few issues with our rooms when we checked in and the staff from the manager, Jose, and all the rest of the staff did everything within their power to resolve the issues to our satisfaction. The front desk staff and everyone else ensured we were happy and all our needs were met. They regularly checked with us to be sure we were happy and enjoying our stay. We will definitely come back to this resort on our next visit to Cuba. The restaurants were very good in general and the entertainment was very professional.

Beautiful last minute trip!!! Beautiful resort couldn’t be better given the country situation!!! Lovely cuban people!!! Smart helpful nice !!! Lovely entertainment team all day long leaded by the sweetest assistant entertainment manager Alejandro la rosa mendes!!! Great food !!! Eggs at breakfast in the great restaurant Le marché with a wide selection of viennoiseries ?? pastries ?? tropical fruits smoothies and juices cold cuts cheese vegetables coffee selection lunch fish chicken and pork meat dinner prosciutto manchego prosecco all day long. Beautiful beach and swimming pool, not too crowded excellent friendly staff!!! Couldn’t be better for me and my husband!!! No kids !!! Would go back there for sure!!! You get much more for what you pay !!!one of the best trips ever ????????

We booked this hotel last minute and I'm so glad we chose this place! This resort exceeded my expectations. The staff was extremely kind and attentive, always greeting us with a smile. Pedro was always quick to offer his help and made our stay very comfortable! I enjoyed starting my morning with a cappuccino and a big smile from Yunil at the bistro. Claudia in the piano jazz bar made me the BEST drinks and she was so incredibly sweet!! I now call pina coladas "Pina Claudias" as they were the best I've had. Jazz bar was a highlight for me and one of the main reasons i was inclined to book here. The food was very good with great options to choose from. The beach BBQ for lunch is a meal I didn't expect to crave every day after leaving. Loved that they had an ice cream parlor with rotating options! The resort is beautifully kept, the rooms were spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We got a couples massage at the spa, which was incredibly relaxing. The overall vibe of this resort was incredible. 10/10 would and have been recommending this place to friends and family. It's only been a week since i've been home, but i miss this place dearly and can't wait to go back next year!! :)

I was at this resort from may 7_14 2024 the resort was not bad . the rooms are clean it’s old. need to renewal. Make it more modern. The bed was comfortable. Air conditioning was good. The staff was owsome very helpful very kind. The food very terrible it -0 very bad no taste. No quality and quantity. In the restaurant no air conditioning. The night shows very nice. The mix drinks not very good. I like the beer was soo good. The beach are the best . It’s very clean really I enjoy the beach. The sunset was amazing. Over all was good resort. if I might come back to this resort again. I hope see big changes. And the food better quality and quantity. and more tasty.

Some of the most amazing service we’ve received on a trip! Friendly, kind and hard working staff that treated us like family. And the food was not bad at all, can’t complain! My family and I had a very enjoyable and memorable vacation at the Royalton Hicacos Resort. We will definitely be back next summer!
