We loved this resort. Its gardens, the beach area, and the people make you feel special every day. Even the gardeners greet you cheerfully.

We spent our vacation at this incredible resort. The staff is truly special; they're always smiling. Everything else is good, but nothing compares to the people

The place was so incredibly lovely. The fresh lobster was incredible. There was unlimited food drinks, and above all the incredible service. I stayed as a diamond member with my best friend andhad two lovely butlers supporting us during that time. The first was Nelly and the second was Laura. Nelly what a delight! professional, funny, kept it real, gave great suggestions and also was unafraid to say when she was unable to do something which was helpful. Laura above and beyond service, incredible care, the fact that we were able to switch between two incredibly supportive people shows how warm and welcoming the staff at this property are this review is long overdue, but my experience there (and as a diamond member which absolutely was worth the money) was so good. We stayed in renovated rooms that had us plugs and usb charging ports. Tv nice views and was close to the private part of the beach. Not every meal was perfect but our dinners at the caribe and room service breakfast were amazing. I still dream of those big plates of mango that you can ask for and the coffee with milk. Great price quality ratio. I had to come back and leave a review. I loved our time there, and I wish I could be there right now. It was so incredibly lovely. The Cuban people and the entire nation of Cuba deserves our respect and support. I am sending them strength and the warmest wishes during this time because my goodness is this place lovely.

Honestly, I had a really good time here. What made the difference for me was the beach service and the Jazz Bar. The beach is beautiful, but what I really appreciated is that you don’t have to get up for anything. The staff actually comes to your lounger, checks on you, and brings your drinks right there. It’s simple, but it makes the whole experience way more relaxing. You just stay there, enjoy the sun, and they take care of the rest. And the Jazz Bar… easily my favorite spot in the whole resort. The vibe at night is just different — live music, chill atmosphere, not too loud, not too quiet. The staff there is amazing too, super attentive and friendly without being over the top. You actually feel like staying there for hours. Overall, it’s not about being perfect — it’s about how it makes you feel, and this place definitely gives you that relaxed, taken-care-of kind of experience.

We loved this resort. My husband and I stayed for four days. We had heard about resource scarcity in Cuba, but we were surprised by the level of everything they offered. The buffet team's work deserves special mention. They are simply fantastic. We love you guys!
