This good hotel , everything is nice . the staff is very good and the rooms are clean . I like the pool and the beach . The location is the best. For me was a wonderful experience

This is my first time here and i love it. The staff is so friendly. The food and drink are good . I like the starlight bar , the coktel there are very good. The beach is wonderful . The Chrismas was amazing , I would like to come again

I really wanna thank all the colective of this wonderfull hotel. I really enyoyed the experience of having my hollydays with these guys. I wanna thank specially to Lizi, the Comunity Manager who was always very polite and friendly. She's the best seriusly!! Next next I'm coming back!

By far the worst resort we’ve ever stayed at. We called Sunwing and changed resorts after just one day. I understand this is Cuba and expectations should be different, but this was shockingly below even a reasonable baseline. I genuinely don’t understand how this property has so many great reviews. They feel misleading. Pros: - Excellent location, right in the centre of downtown Varadero. - The lobby smells like roses. - Beautiful beach. - Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. - Volleyball net on the beach. Cons: - Strong mold smell in the room, with visible mold as well. - The bathroom smelled like sewage, so badly that it woke me up at night. - The “standard room” building is across the street and feels more like a hostel than a resort. - Ongoing shortages of food and drinks. - Food was very minimal and basic. Eggs were available. The steak was so chewy we couldn’t eat it. Chicken and fish were decent. The cappuccino was awful. Lunch buffet food was cold. - Poor hygiene and service. We saw a cockroach on the counter while ordering drinks. We ordered rum and Coke and the Coke was flat and served from an uncovered pitcher, which made us question how long it had been sitting out. Basic requests were difficult. It took a full day to get an extra pillow and blanket, and towels and water were promised but never delivered. - No entertainment or atmosphere. No parties, the pool area was dead, and the crowd skewed much older. Overall, this resort is only worth considering if you have extremely low expectations. We left after one day and paid about $1,000 CAD to upgrade to Blau Varadero, which was a huge improvement.

There has been almost no mosquitos no power outages the food and drinks are fine. This is our second time at this resort and plan on coming again. You will never get a more reasonable price and experience than Cuba. Don’t pass up on your chance on getting scared off by bad reviews. This is our 13 time to Cuba. Second time to this resort. Highly record Cuba as a holiday destination!??
